Meeting started and the zoom link doesn't work for some registrants.
Any ideas why? It tells them to register again but they still didn't get on.
I couldn't resolve as host.
Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

When someone is talking in Zoom meeting, and if I search for something in my browser meanwhile, there is terrible sound distortion. My internet download and upload speeds are 200 Mbps and 60 Mbps respectively. My internet speed is quite stable and nice even while watching videos and playing computer games. I close all the apps except Chrome in my Zoom meetings, still I have the issue. When I look at the resource utilization, the sound distortion problem of Zoom happens although the CPU or memory utilizations are quite below 50%. I check the task manager, and I see that when there is only very little increase in disk utilization or increase of ethernet activity due to another app in PC (such as during a google search in the browser), Zoom sound is distorted. Indeed, after I updated Zoom 2 months ago the problem started and I have still the issue, although I am using the most updated version.. How can I solve this issue? My PC: Windows 10 Pro
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Hi, I presently use Zoom on my PC its a Lenovo 10110 and for some reason over the past 6 months I have started to get the above message when I log on, I have been through every google suggestion known and nothing seems to work, but for some reason occasionally it starts working again and is fine for a few weeks then suddenly goes again. its very frustrating as I need to use Zoom for my work but I cant rely on it now as I dont know if it will work from one day to the next, but have done all the tests it has asked me to. Any new suggestions please ?

Hey Everyone, We currently are implementing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) for some of our test users and ran into an issue where Dual Monitors option does not display. We noticed that when we remove the Zoom Plugin on the computer that is logging into AVD it will then appear BUT it will remove the option to have backgrounds. When we then install the plugin again the option for Dual Monitor is gone again but the backgrounds are back. We would love to have both options enabled for our Users. Thank you,

Hello, I cannot get into my Zoom account. I have my email address and my password but when it is supposed to send me my 5 or 6 digit number it doesn't send it to me so I cannot get into my account. What do I do?
We are a small, not-for-profit educational institution using Zoom to run virtual classes and workshops. We have 3 Pro accounts, and run no more than 2 classes/workshops at a time - however, the classes & workshops are run by a faculty and guest speakers group of about 12-15 people, some of whom are international. We've recently been hit with the One Time Password feature roll out. No notice, no heads up, no time to prepare. Now, when anyone tries to log into one of our Pro accounts, they are asked for a One-Time-Password - despite logging in from regularly used devices/networks. A device seems to only be remembered for a couple of days at most - if at all. I was asked for OTP 3 times in 30 minutes on the same exact device and network. The 3 accounts are registered to our office staff emails, and our office staff are only in during regular business hours, while our classes and workshops take place almost exclusively outside of those hours. This means that either a) Instructors cannot log into Zoom and run their class/workshop at all or b) our office staff are required to work outside of regular hours to assist with logins. We cannot provide login info to those email accounts to our instructors, as they are active accounts used for sensitive & confidential communications. This has caused us delays in classes, and cancellations of workshops (huge financial loss for us - workshop presenter still needs to be paid per contract, all registrants of workshops have to be refunded their fees because we were unable to get Zoom up and running). I've searched the forums and saw one Zoom Support rep suggest to someone else to contact Zoom Support and request that the feature be disabled. I've done this - and after 2 days I finally got a response. The response was a condescending explanation of the OTP feature and links to info on OTP and 2FA. No actual solution. I'm starting to feel that this is less of a security feature, and more of a strong-arm move to extort users into buying licenses they don't actually need. If that's the case, then the plan is backfiring because in an attempt to get more money out of us, Zoom will likely lose our business altogether. Incredibly disappointing & frustrating. Especially in seeing so, SO many posts about this same issue. Looking into Zoom alternatives at this point because this is a deal-breaker.
