On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I am getting confirmation requests to confirm my account when signing on from a device or location not regularly used.  This is really a pain.  How can I turn it off.

Hello,

I'm teaching an online class and noticed in the last two weeks that my face gets staticky with a green color, intermittently, during the class.  Luckily it doesn't last long and when I click on the box where my picture is, it seems to correct itself. I'd like to figure out how to avoid having this happen.  I reinstalled zoom and checked my computer speed. Tried to email Zoom support and that didn't help.  Maybe it isn't a zoom issue, but a location issue? Has anyone seen this? I'm not very techie so if you have any ideas, I'd greatly appreciate a "walk-through." Thank you.  LB

Only three minutes of a 30 minute recorded meeting was converted. I cannot find the rest

Twice now I have recorded a meeting. There have been no interruptions. After the meeting ended, zoom went to convert the recording, but only 3-4 minutes for the meeting was converted. I cannot find the rest of the meeting. Please Help!

# of participants limit

Can a meeting be limited to a number between 100 and 200?

Order of Filters

Anyone understand what governs the order of filters? I've tried renaming numerically without success. There just seems to be a randomness. Any way to delete default stock filters?

 Thanks

We are a licensed enterprise school district. Students authenticate through our domain and use iPads for Zoom meetings. I have one student in a class who sees all other participants in the gallery as a black screen. If he taps their "box" to open in full screen, he can see them, but all other participants remain black in the gallery.

He is the only student in the class experiencing this, so it is not the host settings. He does not have the option to "stop incoming video" turned on. His camera is working and others can see him.

We're stumped trying to figure this one out!

For the previous several months - since Nov/Dec 2022 - the video of our Host was sometimes distorted and images of other participants were showing over the Host's video.

Previously the issue was restricted to the image of the meeting Host. Today, however, one of the meeting participant's video showed the strange blending of all the video images of all the participants.

I'm not sure how best to describe the issue, but it is clearly an issue within Zoom and not a local camera or local computer issue. This is clear because the distorted image flashes all the participants video feeds through the one participant video output to the meeting view.

Often the top 1/4 of that one screen appears similar to the top of my screen when someone is spotlite...

I am positive that this is an internal issue with Zoom, but I do not know how to contact them directly.

Any thoughts??

I put a collage image of 3 screen shots during our meeting. I've seen this happen to the Host's image recently and we all thought it was that computer. Today it happened to a participant's video. Clearly it is not a local issue because other video feeds are being put over that one participant...

Thank you.
