Hello, I have an account with an education license. I created a meeting without a passcode and without a waiting room. Two users were able to join my meeting without issue but the co-host (who was signed into her account) was asked to enter a passcode. Does anyone know why this happened?

Partway into a 2 hour zoom class, my 2nd screen (HP) shows jittery, grainy text for participants, chat and names of participants. Dragging any of these to the 1st screen clears them up. Other windows (PC Win 11) on the 2nd screen are just fine. This suggests the issue may be a Zoom issue and not a defective HP monitor. Moving the speaker or gallery view window to the 1st screen (also HP) has it display normally. Grainy, jittery again on the 2nd screen. Has anyone else seen this? I have a 2nd dual screen setup where this has not happened. This suggests a DELL issue on one of my PCs. But if so, why does it only happen with Zoom? All monitors are set the recommended resolution.

I'm scheduling a meeting with several alternative hosts and breakout rooms. In the past, I would use the registration feature as a way to help the breakout room pre-assignments run smoothly so the email I use matches the one they sign in with. I do this so when attendees login we get them to use the same email we have associated with our system in case they login on "mom's ipad". Today I'm running into an issue where when alternative hosts try to register it's saying "host can not register" which has never happened in the past. I need alternative hosts to be able to share screens and be assigned to the appropriate room and this is really throwing a wrench in my plan which has always worked since the onset of covid and virtual meetings. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have Zoom meetings with several groups where I can hear and be heard fine. Some are on an iPad and some are on a Windows 10 desktop computer. My friend has Zoom meetings where she can hear an be heard fine using a Windows laptop. When she and I try to have a Zoom meeting I can hear her but she cannot hear me. This has happened twice several weeks apart. Suggestions welcome. Thanks.

I have two zoom accounts: a paid one for a business and a free one for personal. There was never any problem clicking a zoom link and having it go to my free account. Now, it goes to my business account. The problem is that my business account has a logo with a different screen name. I do not want that to appear when I am using my free account. the technical support suggested logging out of my business account and manually putting in the meeting code instead of using a link. I tried this and still does not work. I am beyond frustrated and zoom won't let me chat/call because my account is not premium??? Anyone know what I can do?

Is it possible to share a file within a breakout room to members of the breakout room only. I know files can be shared with everyone in the full meeting chat function, but it doesn't seem to work in the breakout room chat. We receive an administrator error.

I have a brief video in waiting room. I am told the video is auto replying which could be annoying if there too long. is there a setting to play only once per viewer or other solution? Thanks in advance!
Hi,
I recorded a Zoom meeting and would like to get the transcript from it. Can you assist, please?
