Cohost
I know we are able to add a cohost. My question is, am I able to have more than one cohost and them have the same accesses that I have? Or am I only able to give one cohost access at a time? I have a Licensed account.

The controls for managing the Live Transcript function have changed from last month. It no longer seems possible to turn the Live Transcript off and back on during the meeting. Am I missing something here or is this no longer possible? I've started a meeting via the Windows desktop app and via FIrefox browser; appears to be the same case in both instances. Thanks, TrackerDave

Whenever I schedule a recurring meeting in Outlook via the add-in, it does not get listed with all the other meetings that were directly created in the web portal under the specified dates and times. Instead, it just shows up in a Recurring category. I ran a few tests setting the recurrence in various ways. See below. Additionally, when I edit the meeting, I see that it says there is no fixed time and end date even though I chose a very specific date range or specific days, times, and duration for the meetings. Everything looks fine on the Outlook calendar, but it doesn't seem to translate to Zoom with the proper fields in place. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello, I am working on a web application which needs to create and record zoom meetings between two users. The recording is to be done on the Admin's (Api account holder) cloud storage. 1) Can we host multiple meetings at the same time and record them on the cloud? 2) Can we create multiple meetings from admins account and assign one of the participant as the host? The recoding should still be on the Admin's cloud account. There could be 100's of meetings taking place at a time. All meetings need to be recorded on the Admin / API holder account. Looking forward to your response. Regards

My Zoom keeps crashing whenever someone in the meeting shares their screen. It usually happens when the number of people in the meeting is high. I tried with the latest & some older versions of zoom. I even tried to see the performance of the stats of the system when screen sharing is enabled. But I couldn't really see anything different. I've just bought this laptop, so older specs shouldn't be an reason for this.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Hi, I use a MacBook Air and I need to use the virtual background without using a green or a blue background for my meetings but unfortunately I don t have such an option, because the pictures are not enable to use them. The only choice which the app allows me to use the virtual background is by using a green or a blue background. I deleted and re-install the app but nothing. I also tried to fix it using the manually-option but still no result. Could anyone give me a solution? Thanks in advance

Just wondering if anyone else finds this to be somewhat problematic. It looks like it is the intended functionality, but it causes some problems when our instructors have a large volume of meetings. In the desktop client, unlike single-occurrence meetings, all recurring are listed at the bottom under a recurring meeting section. While that is not necessarily problematic and perhaps good in some cases, the following is problematic: It seems that all recurring meetings don't display any dates or times in the details under them. They are listed in alphabetical order and then in date order even though there are no dates listed, unlike single-occurrence which are listed in date order and have details under them. Not showing any dates for the recurring is very problematic. We have multiple sessions with the same title because they are titled with the subject of the session. So, we have "A-Meeting" listed 4 times in a row with no dates under them in the recurring section. The instructor has to know that they are looking for A-Meeting and not just looking for meetings that start today, so they might have to scroll way down the list to find Z-Meeting that starts today. As a fix, we have to add the dates to the title so that a date show up, making a long title even longer. If you look at the meetings in the web portal, where they were initiated, they are split out into each occurrence on each date that they occur, very easy to read, and follows the same convention as the single-day meetings.
Is this only problematic for how we use Zoom or do others experience this as well? I am wondering why Zoom doesn't at least put the date range under the recurring meetings if they are going to list them alphabetically.

is there a setting to enable sounds when each chat is posted during a meeting? I've tried checking the chat sound buttons, but I still don't get any sound when each person posts a chat.
Hello, I have started the meeting from my pro account. The internet connection was bad, so at the very beginning of the meeting, I have informed the other participants that maybe I can be off very soon, I have them hosts and ask them to do the recording. So they did after my connection has failed. I have logged in after an hour and I have seen that the recording is on. But we cannot find the recording after the finishing of the meeting. The cloud storage of my account was full, but I have deleted the files now. Could you help me?
