I have a problem with one of the users.
I have added a new user, but the user is unable to receive an activation email from zoom in order to activate the account.
The is no email from zoom in his inbox or spam.
I have been teaching piano/keyboard lesson using Zoom, as well as given many lectures for Yamaha using my digital piano. Last Wednesday and Thursday I was unable to hear my students instruments, and they were unable to hear mine. I would hear about 4 notes, then everything was gone. I could hear them speaking perfectly, but no instruments. I use a Windows 10 computer, and all students were on iOS devices. I pay extra for this service, and don't use the free service. What has changed, and what do I need to do to be able to teach successfully again? This is a real problem. Thank you! Lori

Even starting this topic is frustrating! I was trying to do a webinar today but because of the echo and reverberation, had to cancel a presentation minutes in. I have a MacBook and in order to play audio not only from myself but from the Keynote presentation I have used Loopback flawlessly until recently. Got error code 10004 so I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. Still SIGNIFICANT echo and reverberation. I need to be able to use audio from my mic, Keynote and Quicktime player for audio and video - WITHOUT echo and reverberation. Can anyone help solve the problem, or does anyone know of a company/person that could troubleshoot these issues for me? Thanks,

Just bought a new laptop and had my first Zoom meeting with it yesterday. Backgrounds were easy to set up but then I wanted to re-activate the Filters and Studio Effects I've been using for several years. They're gone!! And, when the software attempts to install updates, there is a fail error -- I think the number is 10004. I've already checked to be sure that Zoom is allowed access to the Downloads folder and it is. I just installed Ventura. Is Zoom not up to speed?

Can someone let me know how to update the version to the newest? When I tried, it shows an error message.
Error code: 10004. My current version is 5.11.6.
I reinstalled Zoom application software to correct the error code 10004, which wasn't allowing zoom software updates, now I'm not able to "launch meeting" as the host?
After the last update of Monterey I can't share iPad screen via AirPlay on zoom. In the latest update there is a new feature where you can share iPad screen via AirPlay to MacBook natively. I do not know if it is possible that this generates incompatibilities with the application. The iPad recognizes that it can be shared to the Zoom MacBook device, but when I tell it to connect it tells me that it is not possible. After that that option disappears and it appears that it can connect to the normal computer. The issue is that when the iPad connects to the computer natively I can't use the computer's functionality, including Zoom itself.

Updating from within the app on macOS Monterey fails constantly. I have to come to the Zoom website and find the download and then install the new version. Please fiX!
