We conduct online workshops on Qualitative Research. For one breakout room exercise, we need to grant permission to all participants to locally record the one-to-one interview. Can we grant this permission in one go...At present we need to grant this permission individually, which takes more time. Can we select multiple participants to grant recording permission?

cess, for now if you just use the features built into Zoom.
In the Zoom Test Kitchen, I have been sharing with the folks how to build-out a Bitfocus Companion solution that uses ZoomOSC, which is owned by Zoom, to allow us to manage our meetings in a much more streamlined method.
Using your specific use-case, this solution would let you quickly select on your Stream Deck all the individuals who needed to record, followed by pressing a single action button called "Allow Local Recording". Then you just send them off to their breakout rooms.
If you're interested in joining us, it's a very friendly and helpful community that's been meeting every Friday @ 3:00 pm eastern for over 2 years.
