Our church does a livestream each Sunday.  Our ceiling collapsed and we were forced to move to an alternative location.  We are not able to use our original AV equipment in our new space so I purchased a 20x PTZ camera from amazon, hooked up to our laptop, started a zoom meeting - got a great still picture, but movement was choppy. Figured was the Wi-Fi not having enough bandwidth. Had Ethernet run to the laptop and the choppiness issue was not resolved. People moving are not smooth, but look robotic.  This was not the case with our other system which has Black Magic hardware.  Are there some settings that need tweaked in Zoom in order to resolve the choppy livestream, which wasn't there before or does anyone have any suggestions?  This is a temporary solution for 6 to 9 months until our space gets repaired so just looking for simple fixes to get us through this period.

I am a student, and when I joined my lecture Zoom meeting everything was normal. I believe until I either turned on my camera, or entered a breakout room, my email was displayed as a watermark over the shared content and everyone's camera feeds. Everyone else in the call also saw it. I do not know how to solve and all solutions I've had have pointed me towards turning on watermark settings which I have off. This has not occurred to me in the past and would like to prevent this from happening to my professors' recorded meetings.

Missing Recording

Distortion of video at times. The members tell me to turn off my video

Once the week of 1/15/23 and twice the week of 1/22/23 my video was distorted why.  I was using a desktop each time.  Everyone could hear me but there were colored lines moving up and down.  I had to turn off my video.  How can I fix this?

Annotation works half the time for me when participant shares screen.

I use zoom for one on one meetings with many different people.  I am always able to annotate when I share my screen.  

 

However, I am not always able to annotate when my participant shares their screen.  It seems to be completely random.  Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?  I need to be able to annotate when any participant shares their screen.

Resolved! Recover cloud recordings from deleted accounts

I deleted two accounts and apparently all of theirs recordings went along. When I click the recording link it shows error (3 301). I've tried to retriver the recordings from the trash, but it says that the bin is empty.Anyone knows how I could retrie... Show more

I deleted two accounts and apparently all of theirs recordings went along. When I click the recording link it shows error (3 301). I've tried to retriver the recordings from the trash, but it says that the bin is empty.

Anyone knows how I could retrieve those recordings or if there's any platform that would be able to recover something like this?
