When I log into Zoom on my phone, it requires a verification code that is sent to my email. Getting the code means I have to minimize that tab and switch over to email. Supposedly the code is valid for 10 minutes, but Zoom starts counting down from 1 minute to zero. When I enter the code, Zoom rejects it as invalid. So I have to start over. Last time I needed to attend a meeting using my phone, it took 3 attempts to log in, and I was late for the meeting.  Does anyone have a solution?  Customer support doesn't seem interested in direct contacts....

How to hide attendees picture, names when we record a Zoom meeting

When we record a Zoom meetings, we don't want to see the attendees names, pictures or them speaking on video. But during the call we want to see them...

So how to hide it so it doesn't show in the recording.

Missing Recording from meeting

I was invited to a meeting and we wanted to record the meeting. The host couldn't find the record button so she transferred host access to me. I recorded the meeting and ended the recording. But I can't access it.

 

I have the free plan so it's not in "Cloud Recording"

And I was using the web version and I can't find the file locally on my computer.

 

The other person in the meeting also doesn't have a copy of the recording.

I need a help to complete the following requirement:

We have a option in a recurring meeting where users have to register  before joining the meeting. Once user registers for the meeting they will be provided with the meeting link. So my requirement is to create a lead into salesforce once new user registers for the meeting.

 

Please help me to complete this requirement.

Registration URL in Turkish Confirmation Page showing as {0} and going to error page

Hi, I have activated Registration required for a meeting. When the participant has the browser to view in Turkish language, and they register for the meeting; the URL link appearing on the Confirmation page to connect appears as {0}. (Attached pic 1). When you click on the link it goes to error page in Turkish (attached pic 2). But when the participant toggles browser to English language, the functioning meeting URL appears (attached pic 3). When toggled back to Turkish again turns to {0}.

I personally tried all other toggling between other browser languages. None of them had problems. Only Turkish page seems to have a problem.

How can this problem be corrected? Please help & advise.

I have multiple meetings each week that are recurring and will recur more than 50 times. I thought I'd use No Fixed Time, but when I click on Meetings, none of them are there. I'd like to change them to recurring with a fixed time, but where are they so I can edit them?

videos not available

I am an administrator of a business account, and we have some videos saved but when entering the playback it is not possible to see them. could you help me with this issue, thank you.
