Zoom recordings
Hello I went over on my zoom storage and I am trying to download them to a external hard drive. When I got about half way through them now they are not downloading. I can watch on zoom but they wont download why?
What plan do you recommend?
Good morning community, I would like some guidance on the services and experiences of each of the clients, I require a videoconference of 100 people with audio and video, what plan do you recommend is more than 5 hours of meeting or more time in a row? What plan do you recommend for the enterprise level?

remote control access
when I give remote control access the client can move the mouse but clicking is unresponsive, can anyone advise?
Mailchimp appointments link
Mailchimp websites will let me offer video consultation appointments, but there's only one box for "video link." What can I put for the video link that will work for every appointment? To clarify, clients can sign up for a virtual appointment with me, but if I put "zoom.com" in the box, the email they get literally says, "zoom.com," and doesn't provide an actual link to an actual meeting. I would like to have an actual meeting link sent to them, even if it is the same meeting and I just have to kick people out after their hour is up.

There is no video under settings showing on my account. I am unable to change to preview my video before starting.
