Logging in via homepage works - if i logg in via the software on the notebook i directly get kicked out

Hi there, my colleague has an issue with the sound only via ZOOM. When the user shares her screen on zoom, the sound goes crackly - even with her microphone connected. I uninstalled and installed Zoom app, I did the following too - In the Zoom desktop client, click your profile picture > Settings > Audio, and uncheck the Automatically adjust microphone box. I also checked updates, drives on her computer and nothing helped. She has this issue only on Zoom calls when she shares her screen. Can you help, please? Thank you.

When in a meeting, my own image becomes jittery ( but only the top 1/3 of the picture). Everyone's else picture is stable. This happens on both my laptops. Never happened before.

I don't use Outlook, but every time I schedule a meeting, it tries to launch/set up Outlook. How can I prevent that from happening?

I want to share a meeting recording on my website. When I go to the recording and click Share there is an option to Copy a shareable link. In that is the passcode embedded. When I use that link in my website I get a error when testing the link. It says: "This recording does not exist. (3,301) " When I delete the passcode in the link it works, but the passcode is required, which is not handy. It has worked once, but every new attempt has resulted in this error. Is there a setting somewhere that indicates that passcode are not required?

When using Zoom only I have a green tint on the person in front of the background using my PC and this does not happen on WebFx, Teams, or any other video conference framework. video background of our logo (no green hues) -> me (looking green) Any suggestions?

Hi, After the last update we did on the 9th of January, the participants' videos flicker and appear distorted sporadically during the meeting. How can this problem be fixed?

Our Zoom reoccurring meeting ran out today. I thought I was going to be able to go in and renew it but it disappeared. Do you know if you can reuse your old Meeting ID?
I'm super frustrated- how the heck do you get support for Zoom?? It's telling me when i hit download on my recording that the separate audio tracks will download in the list- where the heck is the list?? I don't see it anywhere- I'm doing 4 interviews for my podcast and I can't even upgrade my subscription to get someone on a CHAT to help me. So frustrated and wish this wasn't the platform I paid for but I did and now I don't know how to get the separate audio tracks and on a deadline. It wouldn't even let me upgrade to talk to someone. 16 minutes before recording. Thanks Zoom- this is terrible support!
