Enabling automated and translated captions for personal account.

Hi,

For the last couple of weeks, I have been trying to contact customer support to enable the automated and translated captions addon since I can not buy it using the Plans & Pricing page (Displays a "Contact Sales" button instead of "Add to Cart")

Although I sent multiple messages to customer support during that period, I could not get an answer, not even an automated reply from a bot.

Is this feature currently not on sale? If it is not on sale why is it displayed as a paid option in the plans and pricing page and obviously why I can not get any response from Zoom Sales regarding my inquiry although I have applied multiple times?

Disappointing...

    I was having the same issue and decided to call Sales using the number at the top of my account screen instead of using the online system. They are sending me a code to purchase it now (fingers crossed).

    hi there, how much did it cost you for the translated option? do you find the translations accurate?
