Why my meeting no sound?

I conduct a meeting but when i present my google presentation slide , all the video inside the presentation no sound. I had attached my audio setting below. 

 

I wish my video on my slide have sound when i present

basic plan, pro plan, enterprise plan.

別の方（Aさん）が主催のミーティングに参加しようとすると、当方の画面に「ホストには進行中の別のミーティングがあります」と表示されて参加できません。

の記事を参考に、Aさんに招待をしてもらって、参加が可能になりました。

2.次に再度同じように招待してもらい、参加しようとすると、「ホストには進行中の別のミーティングがあります」と表示されて、また、参加できません。

3.AさんのZoom設定で「ホストより前の参加者を有効にする。」も有効にしましたが、やはり「ホストには進行中の別のミーティングがあります」と表示されて参加できません。

4.Aさんのアカウントを別に登録しても、「ホストには進行中の別のミーティングがあります」と表示されて参加できません。

5.Aさんのアカウントを別のパソコン（別の回線）でログインしミーティングを開催すると、当方は参加することができました。

Aさんの初めのパソコンでミーティングを開催するにはどうしたらよいでしょうか？ご教示いただきたいです。

On regular zoom meetings with 8-12 participants I have three with regular video problems. 

 Two participants have a "ghost" image of everyone else's  incoming videos occasionally superimposed over their profile video. It is seen on every participant's screen.  Turning video off and on stops it for a time and then the "ghost" images reappear.

One participant has his video on his screen but it does not show up on anyone else's screen.

Is anyone else seen these problems and better still has anyone suggestions of how to fix them.

En el dia tengo por lo menos 3 reuniones de zoom como anfitrion y en general cuando tengo que compartir pantalla, el control de la reunion no es practico, porque?

 

La barra de controles, literalmente estorba porque ocupa parte de la pantalla que se esta presentando, siempre toca andarla moviendo para acceder a funciones de word o excel durante la presentación.

 

Seria util, que mientras se comparte pantalla, se pueda configurar que la ventana de participantes y chat se vean en una sola pantalla compartida, no que sea ventanas independientes, de esta forma se puede controlar tanto la presentacion como el chat y los participantes.

 

Podria ser que la barra de controles sea mas pequeña??

Zoom Doesn't Recognize External Monitor Until I Restart My Laptop

I have a Macbook Air that I connect to an LG external monitor with a Thunderbolt cable for Zoom meetings (I like using the larger monitor for meetings because the camera is better quality). Recently, Zoom does not show my external monitor as an option for audio and video when I connect it to my laptop even though I have "use dual monitors" selected. My Macbook recognizes the monitor and allows me to adjust its settings, but I can't get Zoom to recognize it. The only way I can get the LG monitor to appear as an option in Zoom is to restart my laptop. This is pretty annoying because I frequently disconnect and reconnect my laptop to my monitor throughout the day when I have meetings. Anyone have a similar issue and find a solution?

Resolved! Mtg links were sent but our chair is now ill and can't attend. Can mtg still take place?

Our club's account is in the chair's name. He already sent the links out for tonight's meeting. Now he is ill and won't be able to attend. Is there a way that this meeting can still take place without him being present?

Meeting host

New to zoom.

Is there a why to schedule a meeting and pass on the meeting details to the attendees and not need to log into the meeting as the host to start the meeting?  Does the host need to log in?

Recordings

I recorded a meeting but it's not in my files. I heard the audio state "recording in progress" and "recording stopped", however, I was interrupted and didn't do anything about designating where to save it. Is it still accessible somewhere? Show more
