Mirror our Zoom cloud recordings to Box?

We save all our Zoom recordings to the cloud. We want to give a vendor access to our files (for transcription), but we don't want to give them access through Zoom.

Would it be possible to create a mirror site (Box, Google Drive, etc.) with all the recordings that we could allow our vendor to access?

Our recordings are all PW protected, in case that matters. And we're on zoomgov.com.

This is only possible for future recordings. Your past recordings will not transfer using the methods you describe.

That's fine, I'm trying to figure out a solution for moving forward. So what are you saying would work? And how?
