I work with a Lenovo ThinkPad laptop, usually connected to a dock. I also have a Blue Yeti external mic and external audio device. From some days, Zoom does recognize my external sound (mic and audio) but does not let me to use them in any meeting. Zoom also does not allow me to use the audio laptop functions when I am unconnected to the dock, from the laptop. However, if I use other videoconference platforms like Meets, Teams or Webex, I can use all this functions (external and those of the laptop), from the dock or from the laptop, when unconnected. The problem is only with Zoom. Could anybody help me? Thanks in advance.

I am trying to stream a zoom meeting into a Facebook group where I am an admin. I have followed all the setting requirements to my Zoom account. When I go to stream the meeting, only one of the Facebook groups I manage is an option for streaming. I am the admin for many Facebook groups and I am trying to stream into a different group.  When I use the magnifying glass to search for other groups, none come up?  I have also enable live streaming to facebook in my group on Facebook.  HELP!

We are using a meeting ID# for a reccuring meeting. It is not listed in current or previous meetings. However, I need to access it in order to get some phone numbers for people who only have phone access and not online access. I can paste in the meeting number, of course, and it goes to a screen to start the meeting. However, the screen that you start a meeting on does not give any options to get to the initial set up to find the phone numbers.

I received an email today with a name of a person that joined my personal meeting room and I wasnt in a meeting or have a meeting schedule?     I dont recognize the name of the person.   And I received the email about 15 min after I schedule a meeting for TOMORROW.  Any ideas? 

Zoom updated yesterday.  I'm logged in.  A meeting shows as scheduled.  I got an email saying party had entered the room.  But when I enter the room, no one is there.  Tried deleting the meeting, and setting a new one.  Tried entering the meeting from the dashboard and not the email link.  None of it work.  Zoom is worthless if the parties you have scheduled a meeting with can't get into the same room as you.

Suggestions before I terminate my account?
