Running concurrent zoom meetings
I have two licenses but cannot run two concurrent Zoom meetings. I have had a ticket open since January 6th with no success in trouble shooting and unfortunately it is really impacting a our ability to run our peer support groups. I don't have the funds to upgrade from a Pro account to a Business account just for the phone support. I need to add more licenses and peer support groups but can't because of this problem. I have no idea what to do other than shift to Google meetings instead....
