Hi, I am using the basic version of zoom and I am unable to activate the zoom cohost option. Can anyone help e with this?
MIC is not working in settings Zoom. Win10, RDP-Connect. In Windows setup it working.
Message in settings: It looks like your microphone is not working properly, please select another device and try again.
How can this be solved?
I have a problem. During the zoom meeting when i opened the video, it gave me a black screen. And when i opened the video setting also gave me a black screen. I tried to switch to mobile zoom to open the camera, and i had the same problem. When i open camera app of my laptop it's working. Before and after the zoom meeting, when open video setting in zoom app, i found it's working with me. I don't know why it is not working during the zoom meeting, and it's important to open camera because it is online course, and it's very important to open camera during season

Help! Last week it was working. It was freezing when I would go live with zoom and facebook. But now I can't even get on to facebook to go live. I haven't done anything different. My computer did do an update. Do you think that caused it. It says to sign in first which I do and it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me. thank you

Is there anyone who has a problem with the video display from the last update? From the last update, my video display does not function well whenever I use the application on my PC. For the first few minutes, it works well, but it becomes shiny yellow soon. I thought the camera of the PC was broken or something, but it was not. I haven't seen someone with a similar problem with the video function except one who has a shaky video display, not a yellow display. I wonder if there is a similar case and how I can fix it.
