We have been using registration only Meetings for 7 months now. However, on a most recent meeting, several registrants attempted to click the blue Join Meeting button from their confirmation email as well as copy and pasting the full link from the same email, and when they do they are directed to the registration page for that meeting and NOT the meeting. Has anyone else seen this and resolved this?

I am taking music lessons with someone via zoom. This platform is new to me. When the instructor has me open another website to play a music sample, I can no longer see him. I can hear him however. How do I resolve this. I am using a Mac running the Ventura OS.

When I use the annotate function on Zoom, the curser disappears from my screen and I cannot see where the curser is, makes it very difficult to select options from the annotate toolbar. Does this happen for anyone else and is there an easy fix?
I just installed the Zoom app on a samsung android tablet. I am trying to remove the picture of myself from the screen. I have disabled Mirror my Video and Show Video Preview and Picture in Picture all at the same time, but I still see my face in a little floating box on my screen. Thoughts??

We have Zoom Business and have set up a zoom meeting with required registration. However, we have a substantial number of Spanish speaking individuals who do not use email, so if they register for the zoom meeting, they will not be able to access the link that (usually) gets sent via email after registering. Is there a way to keep registration required but just prior to meeting start share a link to join the meeting? Or do we keep registration and just ask them to register when the meeting has started and click "join meeting in progress?"

Hi, I downloaded from Zoom download page and installed Zoom on my Mac BookPro with Ventura 13.1. The installation was successful. However, Zoom did not appear in Launchpad. When I click on zoom.us icon in Applications folder it gives me the error message below. Any suggestions. Thank you. It is a Mac with an Intel chip in case it is important.

From past 2 days our users are facing a common issue. Some users are not able to join the meeting and some users are kicked out of meeting and if they tried to join again, they cannot join.
@Allowing participants/panelists to rejoin – Zoom Support
referring to the above link I checked the "Allow removed participants to rejoin", and then created a meeting and tried the same, I left the meeting and tried to join again but I couldn't join.
I am using a Scheduled meeting.
I am able to join if I use the Join URL of the registrants and open it in a browser, But if I am joining using the mobile app, I am not able to join.

I am trying to download Zoom to my new Mac mini, but even though it goes through the whole installation process and says the installation was successful, when I try to join or start a meeting, it gives me the error messages "installation failed." Any suggestions or helpful hints? Thanks! ***********

I have had no problems signing in as host for the past 3 years, but for the past few meetings, am suddenly unable to sign in as host. I can click on join and get in that way, but then am not the host. I thought the problem was that some people were arriving before meeting time, and I would get a msg that the meeting had already started. So I tried signing in as host even earlier, before them. I got in, but nobody else showed up. I learned by phone that they were all in another meeting, waiting for me! I could only get in by putting in the meeting ID, etc. and clicking join -- not host. But how could there have been two meetings? I only scheduled one! Since I was not host, I couldn't mute others or make someone else co-host or host. Hope you can help, since I can't figure out how to get help from Zoom customer service.
