  • Due to disabilities, I want to use AND record my profile pic. I also want my participants who choose to use their profile pics to have their profile pictures displayed on the recordings. The recordings are displaying name in text only- in speaker view. I DO NOT want this. It is boring and very impersonal. I have searched everywhere on how to deal with this problem. Can someone please help me with this issue. Thank you!

Recording

I hosted a meeting on my phone and recorded the meeting. Where can I find the recording? I simply pushed the "record" button and heard, "recording in process." I was not asked where to store it.

Video has locked on two different computers in two different locations since update.

In the past several days I have run two different meetings in two different locations one on the host machine and one on a participant computer.  They are both PC's running the latest updates.  All of a sudden, the video is captured and locked in the screen.  I have left the meetings and returned to find the same capture showing.  I have had to completely go out of the software sharing the screen (OBS on one machine and the other is Logitech Capture).  Are others experiencing this or am I hitting something that is causing this to happen?  How do I get the live feed back?

I am hoping someone can help.

 

I had a very important meeting on Thursday, I am newer to Zoom, when they said for me to record on my end I did, there were 2 options, I chose Cloud which was available, when the meeting was finished, I went back to find the recording so I could begin my homework and found that Cloud is a paid service, and I would be unable to retrieve my file unless I paid 200.00 for a year of Zoom.

 

Can someone please help, this can not be the case, otherwise, it should not have been an option for me to select without a disclaimer.

Access to old data

I need access to data from My account. Recordings that a client is asking for. I no longer have a pro account because I don’t need it anymore. How can I get in touch with a human being behind the guardian chat bot!
