Once I download my recordings, can I delete the recording and still share the file?

Can I delete my recordings once I download them in their original state? Or can I share and download and then delete the file? I usually download my recordings and then convert them to an mp3 to send to the radio station. After I do this, can I still share the file and delete the recording?

Did you ever get the answer to this? I'm wondering if I send someone a recording and they save it and I delete it from my cloud, will they still have access.
