I am not able to view my Zoom meeting from January 24th, 2023

I am not able to view my Zoom meeting from January 24th, 2023 and cannot upload my participant list.  I have submitted a Zoom help desk ticket and haven't hear back as of yet.

Some participants see a black screen during screen share but most see it.

When I screen share most participants can see my screen.
Recently two participants said they cannot see my screen share and only see a black box. Is there some setting I changed. Thank you.

Hi,

I am running the latest Zoom version for Linux Mint. My Zoom has been crashing for weeks when entering a Zoom Meeting having recording already enabled. I am able to enter a Zoom Meeting that is not being recorded. Also, I can enter a Zoom Meeting that is being recorded when I am not logged into Zoom.

Attached is my Zoom Log in PDF format.

QUESTION
Why is my Zoom client crashing when I am logged into Zoom and attempt to enter a Zoom Meeting that is already being recorded?

Thank You,
Stephen Dawson

I was using Google Slides in Presenter view on my new Macbook. I highlighted the window containing the actual slide (as opposed to the window displaying my notes), but when I moved it on my screen, to make it smaller or just so I could read my notes in the window behind, the person I was speaking with would see the shared screen move, and partly disappear (e.g if I moved it to the bottom of my screen). I never had this problem on my old Mac. I've attached a screengrab so you can see what I mean. What's the solution  @Anonymous ? Thanks.

When conducting a Zoom CE class I use a TV screen to have attendees observed for attendance/attention purposes.  The laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 and is connected to a Vizio  TV by an HDMI cable.  None of the hardware has changed.

For the past 3 years when I activated the Share Screen the Power Point session I selected would open on my laptop and all the attendees would shift to the TV screen.  (If I recall correctly either 24 or 26 would show on the TV screen.  When there were more than this number a > or < shifted to other attendees.)

Prior to activating the Share Screen the TV screen was just a blue background color and blank.

Most recently I did this successfully on February 28.

On March 2 when I went through the same process as I have always used before I activated the Share Screen the TV display duplicated my laptop screen and when I activated the Share Screen the Power Point showed on the TV screen also.  By selecting Gallery I could also see 6 attendees superimposed on the Power Point on both my laptop and the TV.  To see other attendees I had to move to another 6 by hitting an > or <  indicator.

I have not (knowingly) made any changes to any settings on my laptop or the TV – all the hook-ups are the same.  The only thing that has been different between February 28 and today is that I connected and tested my projector, a Dell 1510X, to insure it was in good shape for an upcoming in-person class.  I have used the same projector between Zoom classes often with no negative impact on the Zoom Share Screen actions.

At the end of a morning class I shut down the laptop and the TV and when I restarted them and opened the afternoon session it was doing the same thing.

Hello,

I am unable to retrieve the report on the meetings that took place in February 2023. Can you help me? I would like to point out that there was an account association on 1 March (perhaps we should not have done this) and that I can see the meetings that took place (in the meeting tab) in February. Thank you very much.

Hi, when I am in someone else's meeting, but I have it running in the background, and I am using another app (like Word, making notes or something) and then a participant shares their screen, Zoom automatically jumps to the front and becomes the active app, even if I'm in the middle of typing something in Word.  It's incredibly frustrating, and I feel like there needs to be a setting to allow Zoom to remain in the background when a participant shares their screen, if I already have the meeting in the background.  I don't want it to interrupt what I am doing just because another participant shares their screen.  If I want to see what their screen is showing, I want to have to manually switch back to Zoom in order to look.

Is this possible?  How do I turn off this automatic switching functionality?

video locked

My video was flashing and then locked. I tried various solutions - re-installing, pressing F8, but neither worked
