I was using Neat's Teams Room system to initiate a meeting invitation via zoom, and joined zoom via Neat's MTR system and was prompted with an incorrect passcode.
We have purchased Zoom for more than 1000 member live class meeting, most of my students are having issue like black screen during the meeting, We have tried multiple ways to solve the issue but the problem seems to be reaccuring. Can anyone help?
Hello Zoom Cmmunity, My laptop exeriences audio disturbance when joining meetings and webinars with Zoom, I get a trouble hearing the speaker as a whole sentence or more is cut away making it impossible to understand the content of the speech! I left the laptop at Samsung support, after troubleshooting the HW/SW, no fault was found, forwarding the issue to Zoom support! I've already tried the advanced speaker settings disabling signal enhancement, as well as disabling the VPN and Anti-virus protection, these measures didn't solve the issue! Please help! Thanks in advance!

I joined a Zoom meeting in which the host gave me the co-host. During the meeting, I wasn't connected to my Zoom account. I recorded the meeting (local mode) but I can't find it on my computer. I also didn't get the conversion message (but I got the message that the meeting would be converted to mp4 file). Do you know how to find it ? Is it lost since I wasn't connected to my account ?

Hello friends Actually I want to share my zoom recording to my users which is restricted to download. But when I share the cloud recording, the users can download it easily. Even I did not click on the check box of "Viewers can download". So please help me and give me solution for restrict the recording from download. My email id is ***********

I was wondering if we can have 2 seperate meetings running concurrently if we buy a Zoom Pro package. To be clear, I am meaning 2 totally seperate meetings with totally different participants, not one person having 2 seperate meetings going at the same time. If I can, how are the seperate, concurrent logins handled, by a generic user name or by users emails? Thank you for your help, Jon
