Does IPAD 10th Gen work with Virtual Receptionist (KIOSK)

When paring from Zoom, I get an error code 6321, this device doesn't support this feature. The IPAD is running on OS version 16.4.1.

What firewall UDP port is required when using Zoom VDI Plugin. When sharing screen from Zoom meeting with Zoom VDI plugin, we see UDP port 17021 being used. I do not see this port documented from Zoom Meeting firewall requirements. Thanks Jeff
