I am actively interviewing for jobs and often the interview is done via Zoom meeting. My most recent interview was severely impacted by a red flashing screen on my video screen only. Her video was not flickering, just mine. I have tried the background filter solution that was previously recommended for this, but that has not fixed the problem. Any other ideas? I'm using a brand new MacBook Air with an Apple M1 chip

After using Zoom for 3 years, the quality has always been excellent. Today [04/13/2023] the entire goup experienced freezing for both video and audio during the entire 2 hours we met. It appeared a central equipment issue. Just an FYI to Zoom equipment manageres. Thanks for the service, it save our writer's group during the pandemic. DJ

Hi there, I am trying to install zoom on my mac and it keeps saying installation failed. When I first tried to install it, an apple command popped up that I clicked not to allow, and I am concerned that this has affected me being able to download the app successfully. Please help!!

Zoom stopped supporting my old ipad. I bought a new tablet which I don't like at all and I can't sign in on my paid account on it. I can get another free account but my paid account is useless unless I am at my business computer. Any ideas or am I just SOL?

I bought a MacBook Pro yesterday and I tried to install zoom. (I downloaded zoom from their website, clicking on the link specific for the M1 Mac processors, such as the one I have). I have the latest macOS 13.0 installed. During the installation, I received a question about whether I would like to give Zoom permission to access some file folders. Not knowing what to do, I clicked " No" but I never thought that would lead to an installation fail. Right after I clicked "no" I get a banner saying the installation failed. Not much explanation of why it failed. Then, I removed the installation file, and I downloaded it again from the Zoom website. Now, the problem is that I don't get anymore the permission question. It automatically gets again to the " installation failed" banner. It seems as if my first " no" response to the permission question is still recorded somewhere and as a result any other attempt to install Zoom keeps failing over and over. Does anybody suffered this? Any help would be very much appreciated.

So, you know you can have multiple logins to your Zoom meeting on the same account, so I can have two devices in for example. If I lock the meeting, does that mean that if my wife decides to zoom a friend, will it will prevent her from using my account, or will she pop up in my meeting (like Mr.Ben, you have to be an age to get that) even though its locked.

I am not able to share my screen from an iPad or iPhone any longer. When I try using a USB cord, connect to the wifi, tap screen mirror and then the name... I get the message "unable to connect". I'd appreciate any help
