I have an event coming up and we'd like to have one breakout room open all the time to use as our Help Room. Is there a way to keep this room open, when other breakout rooms have closed?

 

Later in the day we need 4 additional rooms, but only auto assign attendees to three of the rooms. Is this possible or do all rooms have to use the same assigning method. What happens if I auto assign to three rooms, then open a fourth - does anyone go into that room?

Every recurring meeting I have scheduled is gone, with no history of meetings. I am not able to create a new meeting, or enter another meeting id. Tried to call customer service but the line disconnected every time after I entered my meeting id. I am losing an enormous amount of money missing meetings. Does anyone know what's going on?

How to turn off the new 2023 Zoom Calendar

Today I log in to Zoom to set up a meeting and it wants me to use their calendar and I don't want to.  How can I turn this off?  I use a Mac.

For soom reason when I am in the Zoom app, my sound and mic keeps auto muting itself when I am on a call with more than two people. It happens all the time when I am presenting which is very unprofessional.

 

I have been n a few forums looking for resolution and noticed that it happens with HP computer but only whie using Zoom. This does not happen with any other conferencing service. No one has seem to find a resolution and it looks like no one has brought this issue to the Zoom forum so I am hoping to find resolution here. Please help!

Is there a way to make my recording with unlimited passwords. So my student cannot open my record from many devices. I just want the link of recording with different passwords and each password can open the link only on one device. Is that possible? 

Option to make a user spotlight for everyone in breakout rooms

In the main room in zoom you have the option to put someone as spotlight for everyone. 
Is there going to be an update which allows to put a participant as spotlight for everyone inside the breakout rooms?

After update, list of upcoming meetings not visible anymore

Anyone know how to see the upcoming events again? I need a list as it was before. And I don't want to set up a Google or Microsoft Calendar, I'm working with Apple / Macbook.
