All my students can now see my personal calendar as well as their own and all of my other students' meeting times. I deleted all the contacts and meetings, rescheduled all my students, but my personal calendar still shows up in their own calendars. How can I correct this? Thanks!

For the last several weeks, we have found that something is going wrong well into our zoom meetings. Everything starts out fine and normal. 40 or so minutes in (which is not consistent), the host computer screen suddenly changes, and the host can no longer control the meeting. The screen has white boxes and the control buttons disappear. We scramble to have a co-host screen share or pick up hosting duties, but the external sound comes through the host computer's microphone, and we lose audio, or we can't end the meeting. The co-host cannot become host, and while the host computer is not frozen, it is functionally frozen. We have also lost meeting recordings in this process. We have had this happen with more than one computer as host, so we are confident that it is not a computer issue. We have made setting adjustments as have been suggested to us, and have updated the zoom version and had it still happen anyway. Help? Anyone?

Ich habe 2 Facebook Gruppen. Bei BEIDEN habe ich die Zoom App in den Gruppeneinstellungen installiert. Wenn ich dann auf Zoom ein Meeting starte, kann ich aber trotzdem nur eine davon auswählen. Ich weiß, dass, als ich zum ersten Mal versucht hab, live zu gehen, ploppte ein Fenster auf, bei dem ich irgendwas einstellen hab müssen. Da habe ich auch nur die 1 Gruppe ausgewählt. Dieses Fenster taucht aber leider nicht mehr auf. Bitte um Hilfe!

I recently got a macbook and have been trying to download and install zoom on it. I can get as far as downloading it and putting in my password to install, but then something pops up that just says an error occurred and to contact the manufacturer (screenshot below). This has happened every time I've tried to install it, over 5 times now. I have no idea what the problem is and no matter how much I try to google it nothing is explaining the issue. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I created a zoom room with the setting for requiring authentication is NOT being enabled and NOT required. My participants have been getting an error saying that it is required. My meetings DO NOT have authentication required - but meeting participants keep getting an error message saying that it IS. Please advise on how I can fix this. Zoom was not usable and had to meet with another software.

I know from a March 2023 announcement that Zoom has increased security on user emails, such that sometimes the API calls for something like meeting participants will have blanks for emails. I know that a solution to this is to make users register. HOWEVER: Zoom will not allow you to require registration on a meeting that is recurring with no fixed time. Which is their work around for when you want to have a recurring meeting that either changes regularly, doesn't fit their recurring options, or for which you have to have more than 60 occurrences. The problem is this seems like I'm boxed in. I want to capture emails. I want to have the meeting be no fixed time recurring. I want this meeting to happen twice a week for at least the next year plus. Zoom's requirements have boxed me in a bit, where I have to choose between the meeting schedule I want, or registration, and if I pick the schedule I want I can't lookup emails, but I want to! Is there any workarounds to this combination of requirements?

I host various meetings on ZOOM and on occasion, I notice that some members are reporting that the ZOOM meeting number is reporting it is invalid or an error code is sent. Why does the link work for the majority but not for all? How can I troubleshoot this issue? One member had just created a ZOOM account prior to the meeting and could have delayed their access, but others are existing members.
