Hi! Just today I was showing someone how to pause screen sharing. However, when I paused, people still saw the screen I was sharing. What am I doing wrong? Does it only work with an application like PowerPoint or Word?

I will have 1 participant who needs to join a meeting on 04-18-23 while he is in Monaco, but I cannot figure out how to get the Zoom information for an international Zoom from that country. I found the country's list, but Monaco is not listed. Is it possible for him to join in on our Zoom meeting from Monaco??

I can join a meeting, get audio, but cannot see any video or get my camera to work.
I am on Ubuntu and Firefox. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. I have restarted the machine.
I don't know what to try next.
I recently decided to upgrade to Windows 11 and have ever since been unable to use Zoom for anything. The problems have been extremely frustrating because nothing I've tried so far seems to fix it. The problem: Zoom says that it can not find the microphone or speakers, despite the fact that both are functioning fine (as tested in other programs such as Discord). I can get audio to play for a meeting, but I can not speak at all, the microphone shows no audio even when I test in the zoom audio settings menu, except on rare occasion it works for a few seconds before cutting back out again. What I have tried: I have confirmed that Windows 11 privacy settings allow access to the mic for zoom (in fact the OS even says that zoom is actively using the mic even while Zoom says it can't find one) I have, as best I can, updated all drivers for everything on my laptop. I have even uninstalled the microphone in device manager and reinstalled it completely (part of the trouble here is this is a Razer 14 2021 laptop which has no drivers available from the manufacturer because they decided to only make them available through Windows itself). I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom multiple times. Zoom version is 5.14.2 (14578) Windows 11 version is 22H2 Laptop is a Razer 14" (2021), the only information I can find on the integrated mic is that it is an "Microphone Array (AMD Audio Device)" the driver is version 10.0.22621.1 which is dated to 5/6/2022, and Windows finds nothing more recent than that.

Hello, On 12. of January I made a recording, but unfortunately saved it locally, but my laptop got damaged so I can not access it. Is it possible that if I pay now for Zoom cloud service that I will access it? Does it work that way that previous recordings are also automatically saved on Cloud an you can access them anytime after you pay for it? Thanks.

Hi I wondered if someone could help me. I am having problems with my audio on zoom meetings. They can hear me, but I can not hear them. I have checked all the settings, and have done the test for speakers and it seems to be working. The other partisipant has also checked. I am using a MCBook air.

(Reposted to move to Meetings) I am using: Mac Mini M1 MACOS 13.1.1 Ventura Zoom 5.14.2 MOTU M2 Rooland VR 4HD Using this setup the Zoom app cannot detect my microphone. The microphone feeds in through a MOTU M2, but I also have a Roland VR 4HD video audio console and it, too, does not work with the microphone. The video inputs fine through the Roland. The MOTU is listed as a choice for input in the Zoom audio preferences, but the microphone check shows nothing and the test does not move the indicator. Same with the Roland. Neither device produces any error messages. Audio OUTPUT, on the other hand, works just fine on the MOTU. Playing the Test Audio on the Zoom app comes through correctly on the MOTU The Mac System Settings/Audio have specified the MOTU M2 for input and output. The Audio settings is seeing the microphone, since inputting sound to it moves the indicator in the System Settings/Audio. So it's just the audio input that cannot be detected by the Zoom app. I wonder if it is a bug with the Mac Mini M1. I previously used a Mac Mini Intel with all this hardware with no problems. I have uninstalled and redownloaded and reinstalled the Zoom app. I have tried with and without the optional MOTU M2 Mac driver. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have 2 Available Zoom One Pro license but I can't assign to my user
In web portal, I can see 2 records of a meeting_id. But while I am fetching the records via API by meeting id, /past_meetings/{meetingId} , I am getting only lastest meeting details. How can I get all the records/instances/occurances of the past meeting by meeting_id
