I am trying to access a webinar but when i click to join i get the error that I cannot access from Mexico. I'm not in Mexico, im in Canada. I tried the Zoom Help option of going to Settings > Audio Conferencing > 

  1. Scroll down to the Global Dial-in Countries/Regions section, then click the Edit icon .
  2. Choose the countries that you expect to have meeting or webinar participants dial in from.
  3. Click Save.

I don't have a Global Dial-in Section at all. Any suggestions on what to do??

no microphone audio

My Zoom account just had an update and my headset microphone is not working. Does it matter that I plug in with a 3.5 jack and not USB? I have the same problem with Microsoft Teams

when attempting to download attendee list the user name and email is replaced with "*****". why can't I see this information.

Hello! I was wondering if there was a way for saving the microphone and speaker settings on a laptop.  Currently users have a laptop and work from two locations home and office. Each location may has it's own external speakers and microphone.  Is there away to setup the zoom client to memorize the hardware so that it remembers the hardware so the user does not have to go into the audio settings prior to each meeting and set them?

Hola, siempre se me convierten las grabaciones de Zoom sin problema, de hecho en el mimo día, dos lo hicieron de manera normal. Pero una en concreto, me aparece como suele aparecer de primeras, "double_click_to_convert_01" y "double_click_to_convert_02", pero no realiza nada al darle doble click. 

He buscado en mil sitios y probado todo lo que he encontrado, ya he probado a abrirlo a través de la ruta con el "ztscoder" y a través del propio programa accediendo a grabaciones, así como con apps externas de terceros y NADA. Posteriormente también me ha guardado y convertido otras, pero concretamente esa que me interesa, no es capaz de convertirla con NADA.

Ojalá alguna alternativa diferente a las que ya he usado y que pueda funcionar.

Hola recientemente me invitaron a una reunión pero no pude asistir.

El anfitrión me compartió el enlace de la grabación y una clave para acceder.

Pero cuando doy click en el enlace, la página no me pide clave, sino que directamente me indica que yo no tengo acceso a esa grabación.

Quisiera saber cómo resolver esto.

unknown calendar events

In my desktop app I see a recurring meeting, but that does not exist on any calendar I have access to.  This particular meeting used to be an event but was cancelled.  How do I remove this from showing up?
