poll - text box size too small

Hello,

Does anyone have a solution for this problem? We want to use the poll function but the text box size for the answers is too small for our needs, we need some more 100-200 characters. Is it possible to fix this?

can not see reporting tool in the new graphic interface got quary from client to run the attendance

The graphic interface has chance on one of our employee zoom  and management require me to run a report a attendance report

Recording format change into mp4

Hi everyone, the last 2 month zoom does not safe my recorded meetings as mp4 on my computer, but as this: double_click_to_convert_01.zoom ! How can I convert this easily into mp4 videos? I don't know why this is happening. Thankful for any ideas!!! S... Show more

updating to latest version 5.11.4

Followed instructions; Sign in to Zoom desktop client.Click your profile picture then click Check for Updates.But I cannot seem to find it.Logged into the browser Zoom, clicked on profile but there is no picture or place to click for update.Am I miss... Show more

Resolved! accidental cloud deletions

I accidentally deleted a class session I wanted to save while deleting recordings to free up cloud space. I there a way to retrieve my recorded class of Feb 26?

Allowing participants to join meeting

1st how can I allowed participants to join meeting without clicking admit

Hi, I have enabled "request permission to unmute" on my zoom account and can do it fine for all my participants who use windows or on android. (i did not test iphone) However i can't get it to work for Chromebook participants, no matter what i do they do not get the prompt when they join my meeting and i can only request to unmute them and not actually unmute them. I have tested this with the same account and it will work fine on a PC but when i try joining the meeting on Chromebook it does not work.

 

Is there a fix for this and is it at least a known issue?

Hi. I can not get the in-meeting Chat Etiquette Tool to filter anything in webinar chat. 

Can you help me with any pitfalls? 

Does the filtering work with any attendee if they are an account user or not? If logged into the zoom client or not?

Does filtering apply to host and Co-hosts and panelists in a webinar? 

How quickly does a policy apply? Real time? or does the webinar need to be restarted or even created after the policy is in place? 

I'm needing to use user groups to manage this. My current process was to enable meeting Chat Etiquette Tool then add all the policies, then enable them in the group settings, then disable in the account settings. This still leaves the group settings enabled and all the policies. However after testing a guest attendee in a webinar chat it doesn't apply the filtering set to block. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
