Hello, When I go to check audio functions it gets stuck and doesn't respond. How could it be solved?
Sergio
When I need to reduce the person I'm meeting with in order to have a document on my screen, the thumbnail is extremely small. In Skype and other meeting platforms, I'm able to use the mouse to resize the image. Zoom doesn't seem to be able to do this. There must be some way to enlarge the thumbnail. The person I'm talking to is barely visible in the default size. When I Google this problem, the result I get is to hit 2X, but that solution does not work.

If the host has a subscription but the participants have a free account, do the participants get kicked off after 40 minutes?
Whenever I host a meeting the audio doesn't work for anybody. I can't hear them and they can't hear me. All my audio settings are normal. The weird part is when i join someone else's meeting the audio is all good. Not sure what to do, If you know what's up please help.
Thank you.

Most of my days I am booked in back to back meetings on the half hour. If a meeting is running over, my next meetings participants are able to join. How do I disable that? I've enabled the waiting room setting, but that is not doing the trick. I want to be able to stop the next meeting attendees from joining a call that is running over.

In a recent 2-person Zoom call, the host was unable to unmute himself. He found his mute icon and made sure he wasn't muted, but I still couldn't hear him. I can speculate that his microphone was simply broken or disconnected from his computer, but this was a regularly practicing lawyer, so that seems unlikely. I'm wondering if there is an alternate explanation. If there is, I need to know, because I'm new to Zoom, and about to host a large family meeting. It would be embarrassing if nobody could hear me.

We've had a subsidized account for the last 2 years and that is ending. Now we must move the contents of some 60 individual accounts into about 10 departmental accounts. First question is, can we merge the contents of multiple zoom accounts into a single one? Or would it be better just to off-load the content and store it if it ever should be needed? Second question - just to verify, when creating a new account with the same credentials as another, Zoom will merge those accounts - keeping the new one and removing the old? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I recorded my zoom meeting and it shows up in "local recordings". But when I click on it-it says there is nothing there? Please help. Thanks so so much!
Stef
I am using the free version somewhat regularly. I am always the host of the meeting. My meeting participants (besides me) typically involve up to 7 other users. I am planning to upgrade to the Pro version ($150/yearly) but am unsure of the limitations: 1) I schedule a meeting and invite my 7 (or less) participants. I have the Pro version. All my 7 (or less) participants have the free version. Will such a meeting also be limited to 40 minutes? (Yes/No) 2) I am on the upgraded Pro version. I join a meeting hosted by someone with the Free version. I join this meeting. Will our meeting under this configuration also be limited to 40 minutes? I think the answer here is yes, but please help confirm. Thanking you in advance for clarifying.
