I am currently co-host in a meeting. The host can hear me and I can hear the host. Participant A can hear both of us. I can hear Participant A, but the host cannot. What can we try to resolve this?
I'm admin using the zoom app. One participant is using the web. When he clicks on 'record', he gets the message 'please ask for permission' but is aware of no way to send the message to me to 'approve'. Other participants (don't know if they're using app or web) are having no problem and I get the box to 'approve'. Is this an issue with app vs. web or is the participant just clueless on how to send the 'ask'?

Im seeing an issue with prescheduled zoom meetings where the meeting time itself will show up in MS Outlook, but the link within fails with the message "Invalid meeting ID" . The zoom meeting controls on the right of the screen then say "The Zoom meeting is removed from Zoom web, If you want to add a new Zoom meeting to this event. please remove this meeting." -or- "Your scheduling settings have been synced from your zoom web portal" This is a recent issue that has come up, and I have rarely (If ever) used the web portal vs just using the zoom app. It is only some and not all of scheduled recurring meetings. Has anyone else seen this or have some tips on troubleshooting this? I can easily make and resend a meeting invitation. But the issue happens randomly and a few on the meetings are high priority so I need to ensure they are working. Zoom is up to date on my device.

I installed the Zoom Android app from Google Play Store. However, my phone now wants to update the app via the Samsung Galaxy Store. Is this switching of stores correct and expected behavior? This seems suspicious, like inviting someone into my home, then they pull in another, uninvited stranger. I tried uninstalling Zoom, then re-installed from Google, but it is still wanting to update from Samsung. Google version is 5.14.10.14212 Samsung version is 5.15.0.14500

Hi All, I started recording a zoom meeting which had a 40 minutes limit. I recorded it on my local computer. I wanted to continue the conversation so i ended the meeting and restarted it. Here the recorded meeting started getting converted. I started the meeting (same link) the second time and it was also getting recorded on my local computer. In between i received a prompt to select the folder to save the first converted meeting but i delayed this for later and continued the meeting (which i had activated the second time). When the meeting ended the second time, zoom prompted me that it was not converted as i had not saved the previous file. The message, however, ended with the highlight 'Recorded'. I assumed that the second one shall be lying recorded and that i shall only need to convert it. But i am unable to access the second recording anywhere - not in the local recordings page of zoom, not on my computer. Have I lost the second recording? Where can i access it? Please help! This is really urgent as it is for my research!
