Recently, I noticed an issue where host video was not viewable to me as a participant. The host could see mine. I couldnt see the host video. 

 

I have tested scheduling my own meetings and all videos are viewable. Issue only persists when im invited to a meeting. Now this has only happeneed for my last 2 meetings scheduled by same person 

 

What should I do?

We have a "Beauty Zoom" scheduled from 9 am-6 pm. Worried meeting will end after 40 minutes

Zoom pros - 

We are hosting a meeting tomorrow that will go from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm tomorrow. But I just read that the meeting will close after 40 minutes? We have a Zoom Pro One account. Will this end after 40 minutes?

That would mean that the Zoom invitation mails also would need to have a QR code, that would be scanned by the Neat or Logi camera.

 

Is such a feature on the Zoom Room roadmap?

Hi, I am trying to run a report on inactive users with a licenced account for the last 6 months. I have done this and exported it but the headings in the csv include Last Login which shows dates within the last 6 months. As the report was supposed to show Inactive users, why are there dates listed within the file that are within the last 6 months? 

Most users don't have the mobile app or the desktop app and would have to go to Zoom.US to log in. I'm now unsure if the data is accurate.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Well this is going on zoom is tick ticking away the time that I actually have with my student. During the meeting it will also crash. When it crap is it takes another 5-10 minutes to reconnect on my device.  This happens with my phone, Kindle tablet, and computer.

Hello, when I start a Zoom meeting as a host my setting is to 'follow the hosts view' but when I am switching between speaker and gallery view it is not changing for participants, why is this? Also, I am trying to record as well the switches between speaker view and gallery view but get 2 separate recordings. Can I change my settings so it is just one video that switches or not possible? Thank you in advance 🙂
