I've got a new cloud recording. I disabled the option “Viewers can download” and shared the new link with the viewers.

It turned out that when a video is viewed on a laptop/desktop browser, one can not really download the video.

However, when opened on a smartphone, one makes the video full screen, then a long tap on it — and there’s an option to download the video file.

I suppose Zoom should do something about it?

I am a Pilates teacher and until recently I was able to run pilates challenges online  without having to wait for everyone to log in so I could start my classes on time. However, now this has changed. My clients are busy mamas and many times they join the class late. I cannot stop teaching to add them in the class.  In the past, they could join in without having to be in the waiting room. Has zoom removed that feature ? and WHy? Am I forced to upgrade?

I am already paying a high monthly fee for my new start up pilates business. ANyone else have this issue?

What am I doing wrong? please help so I can help late mamas still join in. I had so many give up waiting and they are paying customers. It used to work!

I would like to receive guidance on how to record a meeting where I am using power point slides and that the windows of the participants' cameras do not appear in the recorded file. This causes the recording to be lost because the windows that appear on the right side usually hide part of the content (text).

Should I ask participants to put cameras "on off" while we are recording? I wouldn't like to do that.

I need to offer a choice of 4 dates for each of 3 required meetings.

• The meetings must be attended in the order of: A - B - C.
• Some of the Meeting C date choices overlap with Meeting B date choices, and Meeting B date choices overlap with Meeting A date choices. (Example: if participant attends Meeting A on 5/22, the same participant can attend Meeting B on 5/25. But if participant selects Meeting A on 5/26, that same participant cannot select Meeting B on 5/25 because Meeting A must be completed before Meeting B.
• Each meeting date option must be limited to 100 participants. So after 100 selections of a specific date, that option must close and force the participant to select a different date.
• I need a list of registered participants separated by meeting date and meeting name (A, B, or C).

Is this possible? If so, how do I set up?
