Hi. My father-in-law is 84 years old. He is hosting a meeting every week. However, he is not hearing well, and does not see the small visual indication that there is a participant in the waiting room. Not even when leaving opened the participant tab. Is there a way to make more visually apparent that there is a new participant?

I have made sure I'm in the correct admin account in zoom, the Facebook setting is checked in advanced settings in zoom, I have added the zoom app to my Facebook group and when I go to stream live from zoom the group I want to stream to does not come up.  I saw somewhere that Facebook does not accept the latest zoom app but that doesn't make sense as its an option on the Facebook platform.  I have spent five hours on this an am going a crazy with frustration.

I'm hosting an orientation meeting. Attendees will be able to log in to the meeting up to 15 minutes before it starts. I'd like to give them something while they wait. It strikes me that the simplest thing might be to share one of my iTunes playlists over a still-frame image.  How would I go about doing that?

Would it be harder or easier to assemble a youtube video and play it back?

I need to record a shared screen video with me the speaker/host only being recorded and not a line of participants on the right side. When I click the button in the right corner show small active speaker video,  a participant appears, not me the host. HELP!

I am concerned that Zoom's terms & conditions state: 

""You consent to Zoom's access, use, collection, creation, modification, distribution, processing, sharing, maintenance, storage of [ the content you share in meetings ] [for any purpose, including training AI models]".

"... you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably assign to Zoom ... and your end users to unconditionally and irrevocably assign to Zoom all right, title, and interest in and to [ the content you share in meetings ], including all Proprietary rights... "

What assurance can you give me, Zoom, about the confidentiality of my company's and our clients' confidential data? If I don't receive reassurance I will need to consider stopping using zoom for data protection & GDPR compliance reasons.

We adjusted our Admin screen sharing settings yesterday to lock the below screen sharing settings. 
This morning, a handful of our users in the account are consistently receiving a pop-up  message that they are restricted from screen sharing. 
Curious as to why only some users are receiving the message and if there is a way to keep them from seeing the message on every meeting.

When sharing a video with my students, only the voice of the main speaker plays, and with poor quality. The background music, vocals, etc. are not transmitted. However, when enabling the 'leave computer audio' option (which mutes me and my students), the video plays normally. That is, I can't play the video perfectly if I enter the meeting with the computer's audio, just by disabling it. I tried several times in different meetings. BTW, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom.
