Zoom meetings open by default in a certain monitor.
At some point I had this set to my 2nd monitor to open automatically.
But I accidentally moved the window pre-startup to a different monitor and now it opens on my primary monitor.

How can we change zoom meetings to open by default to a specific monitor?
After I move zoom to a certain window it forgets the preference and just opens it in the primary/default place it wants to. This applies to the zoom scheduling window, meeting window, and even the dual monitor window.

I tried scouring the help but it seems like nobody asked this exact thing before. Very surprising since most people (1) have multiple monitors and (2) have different preferences for zoom meetings to load in by.

Hello, I’m fairly new to zoom and not getting on great so far. I use zoom for online therapy but every time my therapist emails me or sends a zoom link it just bounces back to her. This has resulted in us having to FaceTime instead for the sessions which isn’t ideal. She hasn’t this issue with any other client either. Really hoping someone can help me figure this out, thank you!

Requirement: We need to send zoom invitation emails from salesforce and update there calendar using Zoom API.

Process we followed:

Basically we have created an oauth application in the zoom app marketplace (https://marketplace.zoom.us/). By using Client ID and secret, we have integrated into salesforce.

 

Issue : We are able to create a meeting, However Invites not receiving zoom Invitation emails, and not updating their calendar as well.

But Invites not receiving any email and did not update there calendar as well.

Please let us know the end points which used to send invitation email and update calendar.

missing recording

Hi,

I was in a meeting hosted by someone else and asked to record. They accepted this. Where is that recording? It's not in the Zoom folder where all my own meeting recordings are.

Ultimamente quando sono in conferenza zoom, non riesco a vedere la mia immagine sullo schermo.
La mia telecamera funziona benissimo una Logitech HD 1080p.

Gli altri utenti mi vedono, ma io personalmente non riesco a vedermi sullo schermo.

Avete un idea come possa io risolvere questo problema?

Spotlight doesn't work

Hello everybody! I have a problem that I can't solve. Until a short time ago I had the option to put my camera in spotlight mode. Suddenly this option disappeared and I don't know how to get it back. Does anyone know what could have happened?

Hi there!

 

So I am helping a Zoom customer with their Vimeo integration. She has set up the integration in a way that her recordings of her calls are sent directly to her Vimeo account. 

She can then upload these recordings to her private learning environment. And she has set up that Zoom saves all different recordings (speaker view, gallery view, shared screen with speaker view, etc). 

The only version of the recording that is now saved to her Vimeo account is either speaker view or shared screen with speaker view. And she would like to switch this to gallery view or shared screen with gallery view. 

Is there a way to do this without turning off recordings of the other views?
