I have two laptops. One with windows 10 and the other with windows 11. The one with Windows 10 allows me to join meetings. The one with windows 11 has JOIN greyed out. We have uninstalled three times. We have also switched between accounts. In all cases we are unable to join a meeting.

Hi @dorafferty welcome to the community! Interesting experience! As I do more research and find a similar use case to get more troubleshooting suggestions; first lets try instead of just uninstalling running CleanZoom to remove Zoom completely, let me know if that helps or if you have the same experience!
