I created a custom disclaimer before Zoom made the decision to remove this capacity in the Pro plan. A month or so ago, it was allowed again. So I edited my disclaimer. Upon returning to edit my disclaimer today, I found that editing was once again disallowed for no clear reason. I am now stuck with a disclaimer I can't seem to change or remove from every meeting I start. Please advise.

screen sharing problem

When I'm in a meeting and try to share the screen in full format, it pauses and turns orange instead of green. How can I fix the error?

Something happened today that never happened before. I have a paid PRO account, which I opened about 2 years ago. I am a frequent Zoom user and never had a problem before.

I clicked the start meeting button from my  list of scheduled meetings and got the usual pop-up asking me to open zoom meeting on the web. Instead of opening the screen for my meeting, I got a pop-up saying I needed to update my software.

I have the app also downloaded to my computer, so I opened that and tried to sign in. I got a similar message about needing to update to a newer version of the app--although my computer already had the latest version installed when I tried to update it.

My meeting was scheduled to start, so I don't know how I got a web version of zoom to launch because I was so panicked. But none of my usual settings were in place, such as mirroring my view, and the number of settings I could use was limited. (It was as if I was a new user!)

Did anyone else have a problem like this today, May 23, at around 11AM Eastern (U.S.)? Thank you.

Webinar background wallpaper but for meetings

Hello, it is what the title says, i'd love to have functionality, even if it's paid and specific, to add a wallpaper like you do in the webinars, but on normal meetings. We record and edit hundreds of meetings per year, maybe thousands, and we always have to crop out the boring, grey black background.

Thank you

I have a Pro account, and have "Group HD video" enabled in the "In Meeting (Advanced)" settings in the admin Account Settings. Camera HD is enabled on my Windows client.

I created a new meeting after enabling Group HD, and tested it with a single participant (me) in gallery view with no screen sharing, and did a cloud recording. The recorded video is 640x360 resolution, while I was expecting a higher resolution. If I record locally, the resolution is 1280x720.

  1. Do I need to change any parameters on the specific meeting itself to make use of the HD video?
  2. What else may be preventing the video from recording in HD?
  3. What is the expected resolution of the cloud recording when Group HD video is enabled?

I did search for similar problems on the forum before creating my own post, and the responses did not solve my problem.

I have turned off adblocker because my video display is a black screen. It didn't do anything and my video display is still a black screen. My laptop is Windows 11 (Lenovo).

Hi there,

I am trying to create a Zoom meeting for two other people that I don't plan to attend. Is this possible, even though I'm technically the host? Will they be able to join and conduct their whole meeting without me ever joining/participating? Are there any specific settings I need to enable in order for them to do this?
