Cloud storage to local storage

Hi,

Is there an easier way of moving recordings from cloud to one's local pc to free up space on the cloud to be within the limited storage space for the cloud?

I have the same question.   I have tried downloading the files, but for some reason my computer would not open the file.   I have successfully moved files from cloud to PC in the past, but it doesn't seem to be working now.
