Why I keep failing in downloading the install package on Mac OS
I received an e-mail two weeks ago saying, "We're reaching out to you as we've determined that your login and password for Zoom may have been compromised on another service. At Zoom, we take extra steps to help prevent compromised credentials from other platforms from being used for your Zoom account." I changed my password to something unique from any other password that I use for any other login. I received the same e-mail again just two days ago and my password was automatically reset. Can it be determined what other service could be causing this issue? Why is this happening?

I recorded a meeting today (to local). It doesn't appear to have downloaded. It's not in the local file. Is there anyway to recapture this?
Please help. I am not tech savvy at all. I had a meeting yesterday, I was not logged in . I hit record and became co-host. When we were done I closed out of everything. I cannot find the recording anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much.

Hi,
Meeting on Zoom BASIC can last 40 minutes only.
I am on Zoom PRO - no limit on duration .
I need to designate tutors to host meeting for 1 hour. They are on on Zoom BASIC.
Can I designate a tutor to act as a host using their basic account, and would it enable them to host a meeting longer than 40 minutes?
If not, please suggest an alternative way, please?
Thanks!

Hi there, We run very large zoom meetings of up to 1000 participants and when people want to ask questions they use the raise hand function. This causes all the little participant videos to constantly shuffle around on the gallery view and this is very disturbing for our presenters. Is there a way for the individual video windows to not shuffle around so much? Thank you in advance With love, Anand

I cannot hear the students in my class during zoom meetings. It's after last Saturday. People can hear me, but I cannot. I've already done what I wanted.. It's awful..
I just downloaded zoom on Macbook and joined a meeting. I have no mic or camera icons to mute to see whether they are muted by host. I have no idea whether anyone can hear or see me. If muted by host, I am unable to unmute and participate. The meeting is typically muted by host and we unmute to participate. Meeting has now ended. As per usual, I don't know how to troubleshoot these types of issues when there is no active meeting.

Hello, I do executive coaching for nonprofits. When I set up meetings with my individual clients, they often lag and get the Network Bandwidth is Low message on their screen. They say it doesn't happen in other meetings. When I go to other people's meetings, I do not lag. So my question is, how to I know if a guests lag is on their end of internet connections versus mine? Of does it have something to do with the way my zoom account is set up? Any ideas and guidance is greatly appreciated.
