Good Afternoon,

My organization's authentication method is the SAML login process, and it appears to reload the names on authentication.   However there appears to be a problem with loading the lowercase letter o with an accent on it.   I've tested it with my own name, and in the process of reloading the name, it just drops the accented 'ó' 

I'm curious if there is any information on the character encoding passing during the authentication process?

Numerous attendees to a meeting I scheduled with a group from outside our organization is getting errors when they try and join a meeting.  Here is a screen shot of one of the folks.

Anyone know the source of this?  Seems to be a Browser error?  

The wheel just spins and does not let them join.

Hi. For some reason, Zoom stopped launching meetings through the browser in Chrome on my android. When I choose the meeting from my calendar, it will ask me to launch the meeting, and when selected, nothing happens. I uninstalled the zoom app, and now I can't finish the process of logging in because of course, it will not launch. Can someone please help? 

Can anyone advise. I am trying to share a link to an older recording (Nov 2020) and when I click to view it says "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." I can't download either. Newer recordings from Dec 2020 onwards play fine so it is not a browser issue. The recording is not in the trash as suggested from the zoom knowledge database. 

Looking online it states that records are keep on the zoom cloud indefinately

Alguien sabe qué puede pasar para que un alumno no pueda entrar desde Bélgica a una reunión de la que soy anfitrión desde España? 

Anteriormente no he tenido problema y han accedido alumnos desde Japón , Canada, Mexico, Alemania ... Pero no se por qué desde que puse el mismo ID de reunión personal y código de acceso para todas las reuniones no pueden entrar desde otro país .

I have recently recorded a Zoom meeting and downloaded the recording to my local PC. However, I am unable to play the file or share it with others in its current .zoom format. After conducting some research, I came across ztscoder.exe as a recommended solution for converting .zoom files to a more widely compatible format like MP4.

Here are the details of my system and the steps I have taken so far:

1. Operating System:  Windows 11

Steps I have taken:

1. Downloaded the ztscoder.exe tool from the official Zoom website.
2. Placed the .zoom extension file and the ztscoder.exe tool in the same directory on my local PC.
3. Ran the following command in the command prompt: ztscoder.exe -i input.zoom -o output.mp4 (Please note: Replace "input. zoom" with the actual name of the .zoom file you are attempting to convert and "output.mp4" with the desired name for the converted MP4 file.)

However, despite following the steps correctly, the conversion process does not seem to be working as expected. The ztscoder.exe tool either displays an error message or does not generate the MP4 file as intended. I have also made sure that I have the necessary permissions to access and execute the ztscoder.exe tool on my system.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide guidance or any necessary troubleshooting steps to help me resolve this issue. Additionally, if there are any alternative methods or tools available for converting .zoom files to MP4, please let me know.
