I am the admin and the owner of the account.
I restarted my comp, I changed my email account for zoom, I downloaded the newest version of zoom.
Nothing works.

zoom remote control button does not appear despite enabling it

In the past 3 days, I have tried to get remote control to work. I have tested this on three different PC laptops. I am using the zoom desktop client Version: 5.13.3 (11494) on the device I am typing this message; on another device I just updated to the latest version. On the third device I am also using a recent desktop client. Every place we can enable remote control we have selected the enable option. However, the icon never appears on any toolbar, and it is never an option listed under "view options."

On my personal laptop where I have permissions, I even followed the "clean uninstall" then reinstall instructions & still, nothing. 

It seems to be a known issue that this option disappears for some zoom users and never returns.

Is there a setting on windows devices somewhere that needs to be adjusted, aside from the "enable remote control" setting?

shortcut Alt+Q does not work in the new update

when i am in Recording mode or in sharing screen, i can not longer use Alt + Q to finish the session.

Zoom Oneプロ使用時における参加者名の非表示方法について教えてください

現在、いくつかライセンス利用をしています。

・Zoom Oneプロ
・ウェビナー100(500へライセンス移行予定)

 

ウェビナー使用時に参加者を非表示(表示させない)にできると思いますが、Zoom Oneプロでも同様の利用(設定の仕方)ができるのでしょうか?。

 

ウェビナーでしかできない機能であれば、継続にてウェビナー利用いたします。

 

またご教授いただけましたら幸いです。

Hello together, I need some help and I hope you can get me some. I have a lot of recordings (not mine but they are shared with me) and most of them are not available anymore. It is not because they are too old or something like that, because there are many recordings which are much more older and I have still access on it. I don`t know the reason for it, but it is important for me to save these recordings.

So when I enter the internet address of the recording there is the field in which I have to give my name and my e-mail address and make a sign that I am no robot. When I confirm then all the date normally then appears the recording and I can watch or listen to it. But with many recordings, after the confirming, there happens nothing then. All what happens is that the page of my name and e-mail address and the confirmation appears again. I can try that a lot of times, it stays the same. What is the problem here? And why is it with some recordings and others are working perfectly?
