I just joined Zoom, as a free user with a 40 minute meeting time limit. If I am invited to join a 4 hour meeting hosted by a paid Zoom user, will I be cut off at 40 minutes? Need to know, this is critical for an important job interview process. Thanks!

Hi, I scheduled a recurring meeting with my pro-licensed zoom account which initially has 100 participants limit. Now since more people need to participate, I purchased a large meeting of 500 users now and applied it to the admin user. But still, the meeting registrations are not accepted beyond 100 saying "Registration is closed" message. Quick response in this regard is highly appreciated. Thanks & Regards, Ravi

I've been using Zoom for 5 years and have used it heavily the last three years. I've always used a virtual background with a custom picture, no issues. Recently (within the last month), there are many times when I connect to a Zoom meeting (created be my or created by someone else, doesn't matter) and my virtual background is not active. I have to go into settings and select it again. It's like it's not sticking - doesn't always happen, but happens enough and catches me out when I just click into a meeting and then suddenly realize my background isn't virtualized. I've read community posts, searched solutions. I've logged into my account using the zoom.us page, gone to advanced in meeting, made sure virtual background is turned on. My custom picture is in the mix of pictures. The setting is active on my Zoom app - but it keeps happening. Not sure what the issue is as I've done nothing different in using Zoom. This is on the same PC I've been using for three years, no new hardware, no new OS, etc.

Every time a start a new meeting, the virtual background I set on my settings keeps resetting itself (no background at all). It was working fine before the last update. I'm using the desktop app for Windows 10.
Is it possible to subscribe and activate Large Meeting Add-on in the midst of a meeting that is already in progress?
We are running into an issue where users are getting signed out of their Zoom account, then when they try to join a company meeting that requires authentication, they are either blocked or landed in a waiting room. When our SSO account is logged out, the Zoom app will automatically log into a personal account when a Zoom link is clicked, with no notice given to the user that they are in the wrong profile. Is there a way to force the app to require a login?

I edited the user and added permissions for a large meeting. Then, the message "0 license available. Buy More Licenses" was displayed. Can large meetings be used without purchasing a paid account? Or is it possible to use a large-scale meeting as it is?

Hello, I purchased the monthly large meeting ad on and I currently have the zoom pro plan. I scheduled an event that I wish to have many people join . How do I know that large meeting option is applied in that meeting? Another question could be: How can I activate the large meeting option ?

I have received a message that my cloud recording storage is getting very full. That being said if I download them to my phone, can I safely delete them on Zoom? I just want to save some of them.
