HOW DO I LOGIN TO ZOOM?
Hello, I have a meeting scheduled with 500 participants, and all seats are already booked. I'm concerned about the possibility of participants sharing the Zoom link and passcode, which could allow unauthorized users to join. To prevent this, I have already set up a passcode for the meeting and enabled the waiting room feature. Participants will have 15 minutes to join the meeting. Now, my main question is: How can I effectively manage nearly 500 participants within this 15-minute window? I need to quickly verify if each user is on the approved list. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In my office or working from home, I usually work with my laptop connected to an external monitor and use the dual monitor mode. From time to time, I need to connect to a meeting with several other people on-site, so I connect the laptop to the bigger screen in a meeting room. On these occasions, the dual screen mode is not suitable, obviously. However, if I did not recall entering the settings screen and unchecking dual monitors mode before connecting to the meeting, the only possibility I found is to leave the meeting, uncheck it, and reenter, as this option does not affect the active meeting. Is there an option to turn off dual monitors for the active meeting that I missed? Using Zoom version: 5.13.11 (13434) on Windows 10. Thanks

Hello, We are using a " Clickshare " device to send our video from our computer to a TV. We have used this with Zoom for years with no issues. Once in a meeting, we activate the Clickshare the video freezes and will only show if Zoom is minimized. Zoom works fine as normal when not connected to the click share. I've done tests with different laptops, updated Zoom, and reinstalled the software as well. I've noticed a post from last year there is someone else with the same issue but no solution posted. Here is the link https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/video-freezing-when-sharing-content-and-using-a-Clickshare-video/m-p/46917#M78818

I just updated Zoom Meetings to the latest version and all of the sudden my Logitech C922 Pro Stream webcam stopped working with Zoom meetings. The camera works fine in all other applications that I have tested (Teams, WhatsApp, Logitech settings, Windows Camera). Zoom recognizes that the camera is plugged in, since it is an option under video settings, and the microphone on the camera is working fine in Zoom Meetings. But when I try to enable video in a meeting, it just shows a black screen (or a frozen image if I switch from my built-in camera to the C922). I am fully up-to-date on Windows 10, the latest Zoom version, the camera drivers, and all my graphics drivers. I have tried turning off and on all the settings I can find in Zoom video settings, and restarted my computer multiple times, and nothing has worked.

Two weeks ago I purchased a new hp Pavilion 24-ca1003na All-in-One desktop. One of the reasons was that my old Lenevo had difficulties with the Zoom connections and it was getting very slow. Unfortunately the problem with ZOOM is still the case on my brand-new desktop. I have had the Wifi connection checked (Virgin) and there is no problem with the Wifi connection in my office. I can only conclude that the Zoom app on my desktop is the problem. I am in regular Zoom meetings (not business meetings) and use the free service. The camera is not giving a good picture and it is very frustrating that the connection freezes every time for no reason. Each time the camera does not work properly and the sound stops too. The other attendees continue to communicate with each other with no problem. Please advise what I can do.

I'm hoping someone can help with this. I scheduled a recurring meeting using my the app on my phone (iPhone). That meeting is not listed when I go to my computer and pull up my zoom account. That said, if I type in the meeting ID, I can join the meeting, so it's definitely in the zoom system (and it still shows up on my phone). Does anyone know how I can get it to show up in my list of meetings when I'm on my computer?

My daughter is a medical student and was in a zoom waiting room today waiting for her exam to start. Her profressor marked her as late and not eligible to take the exam because she was in the waiting room. Is there a way to look up login times to demonstrate she clicked on the Zoom link timely?

Suddenly today (I used Zoom successfully yesterday) I can't load it. The Zoom Window opens and says (Not Responding). I have removed and reinstalled, rebooted, etc., multiple times with no success. Maybe a rollback to the version just prior to the current one would work since it was working yesterday? Anyone else having this issue? I tried contacting Zoom support directly as I did the last time this happened in November of 2022 but none of those options work anymore. Thanks! Gary

Does anyone know if you can run simultaneous meetings with two different hosts at same time ie two hosts with two different invites and attendees?
