Anybody else haveing to uninstall and reinstall Zoom and Zoom for outlook every few weeks?

When I try to move appoints in outlook normally it works great and then.. Error 300. Zoom support pages are Zero Help

After Uninstalling and Reinstalling Zoom and Outlook Plug in I still get same error. The frequency of these FAILS by Zoom is getting super frustrating And they are costing my business money 0:error300
