PLEASE ADMINISTRATOR HELP!!!!!!!!!

 

Hopefully someone can help. We do a karaoke Zoom meeting every Saturday (since 2020). On February 27, everything worked fine. I have a Bluetooth Speaker paired to my laptop. I run the Zoom meetings on same laptop. No problem at all, people heard my music when I sang and when I stopped. 

 

March 1, I didn't have my speaker or webcam, so tried to do the karaoke meeting with just computer sound. They heard me talking fine, barely heard the music, even if I put my Ipad right to the computer mic. 

 

Tried again on March 8. New Bluetooth Speaker, new mic. Tried they heard me speaking clear and loud enough. Tried the music. They couldn't hear it and my voice cuts in and out. Tried pairing with my phone, music cutting out. There's a spot to plug into the Bluetooth speaker, same thing. Tried different laptop, same thing. Even tried singing through a shared screen... I could hear the music playing, but it cuts out for the people in the meeting. 

 

As everyone is saying... it's been since March 1. I've checked. Got the most current version. We worked for an hour last night and never go anywhere. Had the Musician sound on, everything is set up like the people who it works for. What was weird is I put just a song up from Amazon Music and it couldn't be heard either.

 

I've been on other karaoke Zoom meetings and some people have to share music. I've never had to do that, nor where to do it (I looked). The only thing I can say that's different from February 25 to March 1 is a different Bluetooth speaker, missing my webcam for a mic and I used my monitor for running the music and laptop for the Zoom Meeting.

 

What am I to do to fix this?!?!?! At least I'm not the only person in the last three weeks to have the problem but there should be a fix for something that just happened. Was it something in the newest version? Can I go back to an older version?

Breakout rooms 100

From 2023 it is default to be able to create one hundred breakout rooms in a meeting. The option was possible before but only after applying for the feature. Before you had to have a minimum client installed. Is this information still valide? If you ... Show more

From 2023 it is default to be able to create one hundred breakout rooms in a meeting. The option was possible before but only after applying for the feature. Before you had to have a minimum client installed.  Is this information still valide? If you have participants on web browser, what happen with them?

Is the information on the https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206476313-Managing-breakout-rooms page still valide? It says 50 rooms and 100 rooms only after applying.

お世話になります。
先日、Zoom ミーティングにおけるブレイクアウトルームの動きについて、おかしな挙動がありましたので、

解決策をご存じでしたら教えて下さいませ。

 

・ルームについては、繰り返し使用の為にルームIDは同一(3日間)
・ホストについては、ルーム設置者以外に代替ホストを2名設置(ルーム作成時に登録/同一組織)
・User_AおよびBがルームに入室し、その後、User_C(代替ホスト)が入室
・User_Cのメニューにブレイクアウトルームのアイコンが表示されていない
・入室しているUser_A,B,Cを一旦退室し、再度、入室(User_A,B,Cが同一ルームIDで入室)
・その後、正常な動作となり、User_Cにおいてブレイクアウトルームのアイコンが表示され操作可能

 

今回の動作については、Zoomサービスのバグとなるのでしょうか?
(Zoomクライアント側での対処は特になく、一旦退室し再度入室するしかないのでしょうか?)

上記の確認の為に、ミーティングのレポートを確認しましたら、
 ・今回の挙動の時だけミーティングの時間がレポート集計では495分と表示され、

  そのミーティング参加者のレポートでは713分となっていた。
 (正しく動作したレポートでは、785分に対して764分と近い値となっている)
このように、レポートの結果が怪しいので、Zoomサービスのバグかと考えております。

Hi all, I have had an ongoing problem where  I create a re-occuring meeting for a meeting I am holding weekly or monthly. I share the zoom login link with a client and when they use the link they get the message, "The host has another meeting in progress." While I am launching the meeting from the zoom app on my mac.

 

From here I always have to resend the link and then they can login. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this problem would be appreciated!

Good afternoon all,

I'm using a new Nacon RIG 700HS headset plugged into a Lenovo T440s laptop, and although the Zoom Windows 10 desktop client displays the microphone in it's list of detected devices, when I test it, the indication bar doesn't move, and there's no audio being recorded.

(If I try this same test with the RIG 700HS plugged into my other computer, a Lenovo P310 workstation, everything works properly, which suggests that the RIG 700HS isn't faulty, and it can work with the Zoom client, but not on the Lenovo T440s for some reason.)

Strangely, if I uninstall the Zoom client from the Lenovo T440s, and do a test meeting using Zoom on the web, the web app detects the microphone, and the microphone test does a recording which i can play back as expected.

What can i try to make the desktop client work properly with this headset microphone on this laptop?

I am reaching out regarding an issue.
In Zoom meeting
From Participant's account, he/she  clicked  "Join Session" or "Join meeting" or "meeting link" before the scheduled time but showing that the meeting has not started.
but when checked with host,  he/she joined the meeting.

they were not able to see/view on Zoom when both the participant and coach joined the session.

As a result,
We are requesting your assistance in investigating this matter further to determine, 
Why the participant was not able to connect to the meeting, despite both parties joining the session.
