I have a Starlink participant in the US trying to access my Canadian meeting. She is getting the error 1142 Brazil error code saying she is blocked. I allowed Brazil as a country and that didn't work. She is still blocked. I have starlink customers in Canada getting in just fine.

Looking for support! I have given scheduling privileges to two people, and they both have privilages to schedule for me and vice versa. However, sometimes when they log in they can enter the room but do not have hosting capabilities. If anyone has come across this issue and found a solution I would really appreciate the help in resolving it. Thank you

I purchased a Pro account yesterday so it wouldn’t time out after 40 minutes - but it’s still timing out even though I’m now logged into the Pro account.
I have two laptops. One with windows 10 and the other with windows 11. The one with Windows 10 allows me to join meetings. The one with windows 11 has JOIN greyed out. We have uninstalled three times. We have also switched between accounts. In all cases we are unable to join a meeting.

We are using the Debian distribution of Zoom, and until the last update, Zoom remembered to keep us logged in. It also defaulted to connecting by computer audio, and to the external webcam we want to use. Also, it remembered not to join with video. Now, none of those things happen. Every single time we exit Zoom, we have to re-log in, and then we have to re-specify which webcam, tell it to join with computer audio and not to join with video. Every time. Even with the "keep me logged in" box checked and "always join with computer audio" checked. And when I go into Settings and tell it not to mirror my video, and to "turn off my video when joining meetings," all these things Zoom remembered before. Now, none of them are remembered, and I have to repeat the settings every. single. time. I am seeing others with this problem in the community. No one seems to have been given a solution that actually works. If this is a cookie issue, please tell us which websites we should allow cookies from! We already allow cookies from zoom.us and cookielaw.org. This is extremely annoying. We would very much appreciate some help.

Hi, Our client success team has a reoccuring meeting with one of their clients and now they cant join the zoom meetings any longer. Can we download multiple recordings from the cloud at once? If yes then please can someone help me with that?
I have disabilities and have spent countless hours attempting to gain help from Zoom via 3 phone calls and 2 support tickets, but they do not care to help me at all unless I pay them a ton of money, that I absolutely do not have. Maybe someone here can and will be able to help me? Up until now, my Zoom app (downloaded to the hard drive of my Macbook Pro laptop) has always opened Zoom meeting links via the Zoom client app downloaded to my hard drive. However, this past week, it has not been working. When I click on a meeting link, and the Zoom web page opens, the meeting does not open at all, and there is also not a little drop down from the top of the webpage (as an alternative to click on like there used to be). Also, I usually even open the Zoom client app in advance before meetings, in case it needs an update. When I click on the blue "Launch Meeting" icon at the bottom of the Zoom web page, still nothing happens. I then click on "Join from Your browser" at the bottom where it says, "Having issues with Zoom Client?" However, when I join from there on the web browser version only, not only do my personal settings (photo, pronouns, etc.) not show up, but everyone's videos are very choppy or frozen and that is not something I can endure, nor should I have to. I did all the troubleshooting that I could think of myself, and I searched the Community help forum pages. No luck at all. But I have now realized that I am not even having this problem on Google Chrome. The problem is only happening on the Firefox browser. Strangely, my Firefox browser is actually fully up-to-date. It is my Google Chrome browser that can no longer be updated, due to my older iOS operating system limitations! I ONLY use Firefox for everything graduate school related and for streaming videos however, for that very reason as well, and so I NEED for my Zoom client to work via clicking on links through the Firefox browser. What is the problem? Firefox works better and faster than Google Chrome for me, for EVERYTHING else, other than Zoom. I have no idea what is going on. And Zoom does not care about me, my disabilities, or my problems with Zoom. I can only HOPE that someone in this community is both Zoom and tech saavy enough to be able to help me resolve this. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE IF SO, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!! Compassion and empathy seem to be more rare than ever these days!

Until last week I was able to open recording all the time. Starting this week, I can no longer open them on Chrome. How do I fix that so I can open them again?? When I register to sign in, click the "I am not a robot" and hit sign in, to loops back to the same sign in page and never opens the link to the recorded meeting.
