Hello, E.g. an alternative host can start a meeting, whereas aa co-host cannot - per this article: "Co-hosts also cannot start a meeting. If a host needs someone else to be able to start the meeting, they can assign an alternative host." Is this possible to configure as a default for all meetings, e.g. in the org admin, or individual users' meeting settings?
Our org would like to be able to always have a "safety access" option in case a meeting's host is unavailable.
Is it possible to set up meetings to always have a specific alternative host? E.g. we have a service account with a Zoom seat in our org we'd like to use.
To be precise, I am not talking about a "co-host" role, but rather an "alternative" host
Currently, I am using a Make scenario (fka Integromat) to update the Zoom events as event registrations come in through Calendly bookings. This is gets the job done, but it wastes operations in Make on redundant updates (e.g. if twelve people sign up for an event, the Make scenario updates the same event twelve times).
Thank you!

I sign in from an email link. I've downloaded zoom app to desktop computer. The Host lets everyone in, and they can't see me. Others can hear me, but no matter what I try in settings can they see me. I also have zoom app on cellphone. I can see myself on there and everything works propely.

For the confirmation and reminder emails on a Zoom WEBINAR how do I edit the standard text? I can add text in the provided text boxes but I cannot figure out how to edit the standard i.e., pre-populated text from Zoom. Kindly advise. Thanks so much!
I have a Basic aka FREE Zoom account I use w an iPAD I followed the instructions on the ZOOM website for MAC desktop adjustment of Noise Suppression Audio settings. However, what I see on my account screen does not include the Audio setting underneath my Account Photo. The Support page suggests even though I have a Basic Acct I should be able to control the Noise setting ( which in its default setting is making it impossible to do anything w music in a meeting) . Am I actually not entitled to this setting? Is my Desktop OS10.12 too old? The setting seems to not be available on my iPad either which is the latest iOS. I hate when they show you pictures (see attached) of what you are supposed to see when you click on something and it does not match what you see when you follow their instruction! Any help greatly appreciated!

I am hoping there is a Zoom product that can help. I'm not too familiar with all of the products. Scenario - Educational Setting where families join Zoom meetings to meet with their children. Currently we have six laptops each with a licensed Zoom account i.e visiting1@ visiting2@ visiting3@ etc. Staff use the laptops to create & host the meetings as well as allow users in. The students use All-in-one's in another room while families/friends call in from outside. Rather than using six laptops is there a supported way to host all the meetings on one PC? I.E a dashboard to host multiple meetings with multiple zoom licenses.
