How to configure the meeting controls?

Zoom version: 5.16.5
I am wondering, how I can configure the meeting controls.
Why? Because I can use just a part of the screen for the zoom meeting window and there are several controls, we do not need for our meetings, while others "disappear" in the 'More...' button.
Therefore I would like to configure, which controls should be visible outside the 'More...' button.
Or at least to configure the order of the controls; this way I could ensure, that our really needed controls would be displayed first.
