Hello, 

I was trying to show someone I supervise how to share sound without sharing screen (go to advanced options inside the share screen pop-up and select computer audio). But when she clicks Share Screen, there is no pop-up! Zoom just begins sharing her screen immediately. She has the most updated Zoom version. I know she has a Mac laptop, but I don't have more info about it. I have googled this to death, but not found anyone talking about the same issue.

I have the latest version of the application. My name is written correctly on my profile, but when I join a conference, strange characters appear. This only happens on Zoom. My name is in Ukrainian and I need it to be displayed correctly

In conference is like that:

When I schedule a meeting using the Zoom Desktop App, it shows in the app, but not on my calendar (email associated with account) or the invitees calendar.  Emails regarding meeting are also not received.  The only place I can see the scheduled meeting is on the app; there for, I have to created an event on my calendar with the details copied from the app and then email participants.  I assume this is a faulty setting, but I cannot find it.

I was invited to a meeting today and added as co-host. I recorded the session on cloud and it showed the session was being recorded. It's been over 7 hours and there is no recording under "cloud recordings" in my account profile. Please how can this recording be retrieved?
