If I, as the owner of the account, schedule a weekly Zoom meeting and share the 'invite' URL and codes with 3 other folks, can they automatically join and begin a discussion or do I have to be there first to admit them?
My display name while I am in a meeting is different from what it shows on my account setting.
Hello, When clients join the Zoom link, it shows "xx's personal meeting room". I would like to delete 'personal' because we as a company don't want to give clients its my own account, rather its company's. Please help. Thanks.

I have a business plan. I have clients that use my link to schedule zoom meetings with me throughout the day. I also setup external zoom meetings for clients to speak with each other. I don't particpate/join these meetings. Is it possible for me to have these schedule at the same time and how would I do that? For instance, a client schedules a Zoom with me at 10am on Tuesday. I need to schedule a Zoom interview for 2 other people at the same time (I won't be attending). Is this possible?

When I am logged into Zoom with my students, I am unable to launch a poll on my laptop. I receive the error "You are logged in from another device. Your polling session is inactive" I am also logged in via an Ipad so I can show students assignments from an ipad perspective. I am also able to go into breakout rooms while staying in the main meet on my laptop. I am the host on my laptop but still get the error. I have also tried logging out on my ipad but it still shows the error. I have attached a picture of what pops up. Is there a way to activate the poll that I am missing?

Hi. In a similar vein to https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Using-two-devices-tablet-and-computer-laptop/m-p/33379, I am struggling to find a way to effectively host/present in a meeting with two devices where the second (tablet/phone) contains shared content that I want to annotate. Umm... what? I often present PowerPoint slides. I'd like to annotate those slides or whatever I'm sharing using a stylus. My laptop has a touch screen but it's incredibly impractical to effectively annotate by sticking my arm out in front of me and fingerpainting like a kindergarten kid while the world looks at my giant fingers on-camera. All of that is bad, and I never share my laptop (primary) screen anyway. I want to use a stylus to annotate content shared to a secondary monitor. You know, like a grown-up. Our team's technical training classes can last for weeks and annotations are precise and extensive. Sharing the laptop monitor and reaching to it to annotate (giving it the finger?) is simply not an option. We need a way to share an external device that contains/shares the PowerPoint (or other) content on which we can use a stylus. (I have no idea if this makes sense. Easy to envision, hard to write. Sorry.) At a recent meeting hosted on Teams, a host did some magic and shared his tablet which he used, writing-pad-style, to do his presentation. He still appeared as one attendee, the tablet "belonged" to his single login, and he was able to draw in OneNote incredibly effectively. I was floored (and jealous) as this is something I've been seeking to do in Zoom for a long time. Here's the workflow I'm imagining:
