We are running into an issue where users are getting signed out of their Zoom account, then when they try to join a company meeting that requires authentication, they are either blocked or landed in a waiting room.  When our SSO account is logged out, the Zoom app will automatically log into a personal account when a Zoom link is clicked, with no notice given to the user that they are in the wrong profile.  Is there a way to force the app to require a login?  

I edited the user and added permissions for a large meeting. Then, the message "0 license available. Buy More Licenses" was displayed. Can large meetings be used without purchasing a paid account? Or is it possible to use a large-scale meeting as it is?

I scheduled an event that  I wish to have many people join . How do I know that large meeting option is applied in that meeting?

Please can someone advise me. Is it possible to record direct to my You Tube channel or do I have to record and then upload to the channel. It would simplify things no end if I could record to my YOU Tube channel at the same time as my church service happens. I do need answers in simple terms as I am not great with tech!

I am hosting a large meeting with 300+ attendees (2 day virtual conference), and there will be breakout room sessions (4-5 breakouts per session). I would like to have the breakout rooms recorded, so I have some volunteers joining to record each session locally. Do I have to make them a co-host to record the session, and do additional co-hosts require additional licenses?

Also, can I setup the zoom link before I purchase the large meeting add-on?

In ZOOM, before, when I wanted to manually caption, I would assign myself, and I could caption the meeting for ---I could identify who was speaking with typing identifiers. Now, it shows that I'm the only person talking, and it is like one run-on sentence -- I cannot separate different "speakers" -- NOW, it looks like this:

[MC] >> PROFESSOR:  How are you doing today?    >> STUDENT: I am

fine.    >> PROFESSOR: Good, now go to page 457, and we can

[MC] continue with the lesson from last Tuesday.  >> STUDENT: Really?

I thought that, well --    >> PROFESSOR: Well what?  Didn't you get the 

[MC] announcement from the online instructions on the school's website?

BUT IT USED TO LOOK LIKE THIS: 

>> PROFESSOR:  How are you doing today?

>> STUDENT: I am fine. 

>> PROFESSOR: Good, now go to page 457, and we can

continue with the lesson from last Tuesday.

>> STUDENT: Really? I thought that, well -- 

>> PROFESSOR: Well what? Didn't you get the announcement

from the online instructions on the school's website?
