I'm running Ubuntu 21.04 and recently updated to the latest available version of Zoom for Linux. I was able to connect to meetings fine, but accidentally logged out from my zoom account. Since then I haven't been able to log in. Every attempt gives me a 'Timeout' error with no other message (same is true for sso or google login). I also can't join meetings, after loading for a while it gives me a 5003 error. The weird thing is, login and joining meetings both work when I run zoom as root (using sudo).

 

Does anyone have any ideas for what could be the issue? I'm assuming it's a problem with permissions, but I uninstalled and deleted every reference to zoom I could find (/opt/zoom, ~/.zoom, and ~/.cache/zoom), then reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

I have a question about our account. We have a pro account with one liscenced user. the liscensed user can only log into zoom through google, not using a username and passowrd. I can log into the account with my email and password login, but I cannot see any of the meetings she creates in the account. We are wondering why this is? We checked the account number and it is the same so we know this is the same account we are both logging into. Also, we are wondering why she can only login with google and not email and password? Any light you can shed would be helpful. Thanks!

installing zoom to get onto a meeting

i got a new computer and i can't get zoom launched to get onto zoom meetings i was doing on my old computer. can someone help in basic directions. I go to zoom and i find different downloads. I just want a simple install

Creating a printable version of a meeting's recording

 

I've recorded meetings to the cloud and locally on my computer. Is there a way to convert the audio to text so I can have it in Word or a PDF? Thanks.

But when we test the functionality even though after creating events mentioned emails or not getting Meeting Invites.

How to add Zoom IQ Meeting

How do I add the Zoom IQ Meeting notes to my account? It says I need to have admin permission to enable Zoom IQ however I am the account admin so I've hit a wall.
