Hello, Can you please help assist me with how I can keep the floating meeting controls to stay on my main desktop when screen sharing with dual monitors? I have gone through all of the settings and I can not find something that will keep it from always switching to my screen share monitor vs my main desktop.

I am struggling to understand the benefit of pinning a participant, without their knowledge or consent, and with no ability to control it on the user side other than to go dark. More and more it seems, Gallery view is a sea of blank blocks or cute pet photos which, while sometimes entertaining, really draw down on any sense of being in a community full of people. Why is there no user feature to disable pinning so that a person doesn't have to worry about being watched by someone they would prefer not be watched by, or even anyone at all? And really, with Spotlight, Screen Share, Speaker View all putting forth the focus of the discussion, what is the upside of pinning at all?

When I go into a meeting with zoom, all my computers start having problems with the audio. If I watch a video, still in a call, the audio of the video seems to be with noise suppression. Also, I can't hear the person I'm talking to in the meeting, the sound of the person is very bad, it's very hard to hear.

I have been having issues with chat bubbles so please ask for an option to disable chat bubbles in meetings as a meeting participant. Because this decreases the virtual interactivity and performance of my computer, I searched through all the programs on my computer but found nothing. I consider that it is essential to choose what you want to see on the screen as well as filter those impertinent bubbles in meetings. I look forward to your help and collaboration due to a consumer's demand for your product, which would seriously encourage me to always count on your service.

The music in our class this morning sounded as if it was either underwater or it was cutting out completely 🫣 We could be heard crystal clear. All settings were as normal(original musicians on) It was the first class on our new Asus laptop(if that info helps) We did (luckily) have our old laptop and used it for our second class and everything worked perfectly. I know a couple of you guys on here have had similar problems and I'm guessing it's something to do with the latest version of Zoom. We use a mic and a mixer and we've never had any issues. Does anyone have a solution, pleeeease 🙏 Thank you 😊 🚴♀️🏋♂️💪

I purchased a Pro plan this week and am hosting my Father in Law zoom funeral service. I scheduled the meeting and sent out the codes. I just realized I needed to add the 500 attendees, which I purchased. Will the code I created earlier this week still work, or do I need to create a new one?

HI. I paid for a monthly subscription but it did not upgrade my account. Earlier on, it says on my profile that my current plan is Zoom One Pro and I also have verified from my Apple - Subscription that I'm on paid subscription. My zoom account says otherwise. Does anyone know what I should do or how this can be fixed. I already clicked on "restore purchase" but nothing is happening. Thank you.

I have recurring scheduled meetings. Every time I add a new member to the meeting it populates another meeting on my calendar. When I delete the unwanted meeting it goes away for a few seconds then returns.
How do I get rid of it? TY
