The thread on here says solved but the person showed iOS and Android does not have the option. Please fix this.
Hi, I conduct workshops and want to prepare some formatted text instructions ahead of time and post them into the chat during the session with the same formating I have in word. Whenever I copy and paste from word Zoom removes my bold and bulleted formating. Is there a way to paste text into chat with formating or do I have to reformat my text everytime? If I can, how do I do the copy and pasting with formating? Thanks

I can't find anywhere how to turn off email notifications on my desktop through zoom, and Zoom seems to have the worst support. Can anyone help with this?

I have several meetings scheduled, including reoccuring and individual occurances. All of these meetings are missing from both my upcoming and past meetings. When I click in the scheduler, I receive the error message: We failed to list your workflows, please try again later Is there a known outage right now or a solution? Thanks!

I'm using the Google Contacts integration and regularly search for contacts within the Zoom desktop client. Not sure when/if this changed, but most contact information I have for some users, especially phone numbers, is not coming across to the contact profiles in Zoom. So far, these are all contacts who are also users in our Zoom institution account. In these cases, I have multiple mobile phone numbers for some people in Google, but Zoom only shows me phone numbers that are in their Zoom profiles. Is there any way to make this additional information from Google visible and usable? If it's relevant, we are rolling out Zoom Phone to our institution.

I am still having a difficult time joining my zoom meetings. I even upgraded my zoom account and it still did not work
Hello! As the host of my daily Zoom meetings, I am getting kicked out after about 5 minutes of starting the meeting (even though the free plan states that meetings can be 40 minutes long). I am able to log back in and rejoin, but I'm trying to find a solution that doesn't cause me to get kicked out in the middle of a meeting that is less than 10 minutes each time. Thank you!

Each time after my zoom meetings, Zoom opens what I assume is a default site; https://us02web.zoom.us/postattendee... Is there a way to disable this? Or is it a setting from the Zoom meeting owner that they can change? I'm just sick of it opening windows I don't need (especially because sometimes it'll crash my whole browser).

Hello, I am trying to add an alternative host to host a meeting while I am away. However, even after toggling on the host-co-host settings in Zoom Events, I am still not able to add them. Does the email address have to be associated with an active user?
