Help. Zoom no longer does chat help, but only emails responses to tickets with as much frequency as Haley's comet.

Thanks to posts on here I was able to download the new app installer, drag it into my applications folder; restart my computer; then run the installation. The app installed!

Problem?

It doesn't recognize my UN email or PW. 

I host a podcast and record through zoom - this is KILLING ME.

I have noticed that Zoom has adopted one of the very worst and annoying aspects of Skype: frequent updates that happen when I try to start a meeting. Why they would do this is beyond me. They understand that we're trying to get to a meeting when we start Zoom, don't they?

Yesterday I signed in through SSO, launched my personal room, and it commenced an update without asking permission. My network was a little slow so it took some time for the update to complete, then instead of proceeding to my personal room it went to the generic "start a meeting" screen. I had to go back through SSO, get back to the link for my personal room, and click it again, and I was late to my meeting because of all this.

If anyone from Zoom is listening, how about having it update when I leave a meeting instead of when I'm starting one?!

Zoom recently added new Admin tools to help improve global data privacy compliance, but so far this seems limited to manual actions by admins. We are trying to ensure we have an easy and largely automated way of responding to GDPR "right to be forgotten" requests by meeting invitees and attendees (as well as webinar registrants and attendees), etc.

Is there an API that allows Zoom customers to tap into the Global Privacy Enhancements?  If not, how else can customers ensure complaince?

Hi! Since a couple of months Zoom keeps crashing when using the Speaker View. No issues in Gallery View.

Issue persists since multiple Zoom updates (currently on 5.10.1).

I only use Zoom for our team meeting with approx. 15 participants, all with Video enabled. I am the only one with this issue. When in Speaker View the speaker window freezes after a couple of minutes (usually 1-10 Minutes), the smaller video feeds on the top still work fine for a couple minutes longer. Doesn't matter if someone is screen-sharing or not. The GUI becomes unresponsive and the audio starts to stutter from time to time. When I click somewhere in the app, then Windows gives me the "The app has stopped responding" window and asks me to kill the app. If I switch to Gallery View some time before the speaker window freezes, then no issues occur during the 1-2 hr meeting.

I tried reinstalling Zoom and updated Nvidia drivers.

Specs:
Zoom 5.10.1 (happened on multiple previous versions as well)

Windows 10 Edu, 21H2 (build 19044.1645)

Intel i7-7820X (8-Core), 32GB Ram, Nvidia RTX 3080 10GB

Nvidia Broadcast Microphone Filter activated
