If people are sharing a computer for a meeting/training session, what's the best (easiest) way of letting everyone participate individually, and then capture and post everyone's individual quiz results during the training session?

Hello guys!! I have a question: How can I share a cloud recording with others without giving them permission to download it? (just watch or listen) I managed "share setting" and I unchecked "viewers can download". Although, it doesn't work!.. I send the link to myself via email and it seems that the viewer has the permission to download! Can you please help?? thanks a lot!! Lena3

Hello, when I share only certain programs, my camera comes out on the right, but when I share the full screen of the second monitor, my camera doesn't show on the right. How can I solve it? thank you so much.
I just want to know the reason why the zoom link was changed aotumatically.
The zoom ID was not changed. But the latters in link was changed.
This is becoming increasingly frustrating as Zoom automatically downloads an update once a week, and the automatic update setting keeps re-enabling itself. For a while now, every time Zoom gets an automatic update on my macbook air running Mac OS 13 (Ventura), I am 1) logged out of my account and 2) forced to set up ALL of my preferences again due to them all being reset to default. I'm only using Zoom on one device. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling to no avail.

Hi, Need some help here. I am trying to do phone contacts matching which I understand is to import my phone contacts into Zoom contacts. However, after I key in my phone number, there is a security check which looks like the picture attached and I do not understand the security check hence I can’t pass the check. I have keyed in the texts in the photo, tried keying in the numbers on the voice note, tried combining the texts + numbers. All to no avail Do anyone know how to pass this security check?
