I already set up my photo in my profile. ( paid account, by the way)

When I am on a Zoom call and want to turn off my video, my profile picture used to pop up. I only see my name now and no photo.

How can I fix this issue? I looked around in settings and was unable to find this option. 

We host a Zoom meeting every week using the iPhone Zoom app connected via Bluetooth to a SkyWin conference speaker.

When a caller speaks, all the callers, including the speaker, hear distracting audio artifacts. These can also be heard on the Zoom recording of the meeting.

The host does not hear these artifacts, and when anyone in the host room speaks, the audio is clear.

The app is up-to-date. Do we need to replace the conference speaker? Or is this a known issue?

We have a small charity organisation which only requires one online meeting to run at any one time.

We have around six people that help with the admin of these meetings and only require one of them to be logged into Zoom at any one time.

With one Zoom Pro licence, can any one of our admin staff use the organisation's Zoom login details and launch a meeting?

I discovered the PowerPoint as Virtual Background today and I love it! However, it disables mirroring while I use it and I can't figure out how to turn mirroring back on.  When I go to Background & Effects in Settings, the "Mirror my video" is greyed out while I am using Powerpoint as Virtual Background.  Any help appreciated!

With the new Poll/Quizzes functionality, there doesn't seem to be an option to save a template meeting with appropriate Poll/Quiz filters set...

This was really handy before in that you could assign Poll questions to meeting templates, now I only seem to be able to do this at the stage the meeting has been scheduled from a template. This is a really time consuming task when you have 6 meetings to set up with different poll/quiz requirements.

Has anyone found a way? Zoom this is real backward move if you are unable to do this.

All of a sudden, my video has stopped working, both for myself and anyone joining a meeting. Can you please suggest how to fix this. I only have one camera and so it isn't a dual camera issue, and I haven't changed anything in either my security settings or the Zoom video settings.

Please help.

I have a Windows 10 machine that has separate windows accounts.  I want to run one zoom account in one windows account and a different zoom account in the other windows account. When I keep zoom logged in and log out of the windows account and log into the other windows account it is still logged into the previous windows account zoom.  How come?  Can't I have this work where each windows account as it's separate account without logging out?
