Hi--I'm using Zoom version 5.15.7 on a Windows 10 PC in Chrome. Whenever a meeting attendee who is driving or traveling speaks, I either cannot hear the person at all or the audio is extremely choppy. This isn't the case for others on the call, who can always hear the traveling participant just fine! This happens CONSISTENTLY. What in the world...? Help??

video panel freezes when moved to dual monitor

Hello.

 

Since last week, my video freezes whenever I move my video window to second(or third) monitor. This includes all the videos of main zoom window, small pop up video when screen sharing and even the monitoring video of options panel. It doesn't move again until the meeting is closed and new meeting is started.

I asked my clients whether they can see my video properly and they answered yes. So it's only my screen that freezes. Also audio works perfectly fine. 

My 'using dual montior' option is not working at all, showing only my name without any video on, so I guess the problem might be around the same issue.

 

I tried uninstall and reinstalling zoom, checking all the advance options off and updating to newest versions. nothing worked.

 

Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Yet - there is no "Question" tab at all, at the top.  Please see screenshot attached.  Am I missing something?  Is this no longer available?

We have a Zoom pro account with 2 licenses.

I want to set up a meeting with 2 other people. One is on a free plan. Other will just login to meet.

I'd like to know if there is any way for them to start the meeting without me.

The meeting is 60 minutes and so they can't schedule it on their free plan.

 

Any solution?

Appreciate any help.

adding poll to admin template , or converting Meeting template to admin level

the problem is we need to add a poll to our template , and there is no option to add poll to admin templates (at least i cant see)

in the website we can create a meeting , add a poll to the meeting and save it as template ... but that would be a user level template 

so is there any way to add poll to admin templates ? if not is there a an option to convert user level templates to admin level ?  other suggestion ?

I teach online fitness classes and am trying to figure out how to have my class hear my music. I start the Zoom meeting on my laptop and they can all hear me. I bluetooth my phone to my Bose speaker to play the music but no one can hear the music. Any ideas? Or is this not possible to do?

Organization's display name policy

As an admin, where can I change organization's display name policy.

For every new user the display name is default email address.

I want to change it to first and last name.

I am facing a problem when I conduct a meeting and share a screen from MacBook.

When I PUT the screen on full screen, the participants see a big border around and the screen becomes smaller.

This doesn't happen when I conduct the same from any windows laptop. The screen size is my laptop (host) and participant is same. Then why it becomes smaller if I conduct the meeting from Mac ?

What setting needs to be changed?
