I have many recurring meetings showing up on my Upcoming Meetings dashboard but some of these meetings ended last year.   Should I be deleting the Recurring Meeting with the "delete" button  aka cleaning up the list?

Or does Zoom have the functionality to automatically remove these from my dashboard once the timeframe for the recurrence has ended?

No permission to view recording

I set the cloud recordings to be shared with "everyone who with the recording link", copied the shareable link and share the link with other people. However, when those people clicked the link, they received a "No permission. (200)" error. My account... Show more
I set the cloud recordings to be shared with "everyone who with the recording link", copied the shareable link and share the link with other people. 
 
However, when those people clicked the link, they received a "No permission. (200)" error. My account is a licenced account and the product plan is "Pro".

Not a host

Once the meeting ended it said congratulations on hosting your first group! But Im not a host! Does this happen often??

Cloud recordings, can they be made in portrait side by side instead of black margins?

The black margins around the call recoding are super annoying, with ECAMM i could record videos side by side the full the screen and are in portrait mode. Could this be fixed please?

trying to convert an old video that I should have converted two years ago!

I forgot to convert them at the time, unfortunately.
 
Now when I double click them, I get the error message:
 

There is no application available to open the document "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom".

 
Is there any app that can convert them, or any means to do so?

Im not a host im a participant but its saying that I am a host! Any ideas on how to reset that error?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Headphone audio not working with Zoom desktop client

Headphone audio output on my new Lenovo (Windows 11 Home) laptop does not work with Zoom desktop client (5.14.8).         Headphone output works fine with Teams, YouTube web based apps, and other applications. Why? How do we fix this?

Resolved! Outlook Plugin thinks user is a basic not paid licensed users

I have a user on outlook. He has many email accounts. He is a paid licensed zoom user. He chooses to schedule a meeting and it says he is a basic user.  How do I fix this?
