Raised Hand notification blocks tiles in large meeting

Is there a way to turn off the various notifications when someone raises their hand and or joins the waiting room. It blocks the tiles and if we need to pin someone, the ellipsis is blovks. Thanks in advance.

Profile PIcture - Hiding

Is there a way to temporarily hide my profile picture? Sometimes I want it to show and other times i do not. I would like to be able to hide it as opposed to deleting it completely

I am a guest at some meetings where there is no quick-link, i just have the meeting ID and Password. Is there a way to create a quick link so, i just have to push a the hyperlink to connect? i have a free account.
