Dear Zoom Community, This query concerns in-meeting chat. Hosting a recent meeting of a premium account (which is owned by a large organization), I have had the Participants List and Chat open at the same time while sharing part of my screen. Hitherto this has not been a problem, however shortly after the start of today's meeting I ceased to be able to communicate with the in-meeting participants. I appeared to be locked on 'waiting room participants'. Shortly after the start, as participants were joining, I had sent one message to 'everyone'; the next message went to 'everyone in waiting room' and thereafter, even when no one appeared to be left in the waiting room, I could not switch to communicate with people in the meeting. Chat messages could still be sent to everyone in the meeting by the other participants. I tried closing both the chat and the participants list to no avail. This would appear to be the second major glitch (the first being inaccessible breakout rooms tab) co-incidentally occurring for the first time since the latest Zoom update. Please could I ask if anyone has any suggestions as to either the cause or a solution for the chat issue? Thanks, NWEOL

New user here. I can set up meeting but how do you add names to invite?
Since I am the Admin of my Zoom account, why am I not allowed to remove my email watermark from my Zoom screen? It's very annoying during meetings (and even worse) it's displaying my account (business) email, not my public email address. When I go to Settings > Schedule Meeting > Add Watermark, I see that the switch is toggled to "on" and a message beside it saying "Locked by admin". However, as I previously stated, I am the admin of the account.

Jetzt muss ich die App upgraden auf mindestens 15.12.2 ich drücke aktualisieren, dann installieren und es kommt immer die Fehlermeldung: Fehlercode 10004. Ich brauche heute dringend ZOOM. Wer kann mir helfen. Andreas Hi. I have been working with ZOOM for a long time, almost daily. Now I need to upgrade the app to at least 15.12.2. I press update, then install and it always comes up with the error message: Error code 10004. I need ZOOM urgently today.

While running a Zoom meeting, my attendees complained a significant audio delay in hearing me, delay that was increasing throught the session, to a point where they could no longer follow what I was saying. This never occured with my old Toshiba laptop, and started to happen when I switched to a new Huawey laptop. Has anyone had this audio delay experience. Could this be computer model related, or was it just a coincidence?

While recording I share the screen and show a Canva presentation. In one of the Canva slides I have a YouTube video embedded, which plays fine and I can hear it through the selected speakers (same as system). However, during the recorded video file from Zoom there is no audio for the video. How can I fix this?

Including trying to correct settingsdeleting the app and hard resetting iPad.This is not happening with FaceTimeIt is not happening with iPad miniIt is not happening with camera. What can I do?
