Low video quality

Hi,

I have a problem with the video quality of the Zoom meeting I have a pro version of Zoom. In the setting, I have enabled Group HD video and still, I´m receiving/sending only 320 x 180/640 x 360 resolution.  Video quality is like from 15 years ago, not even HD. Am I doing something wrong or is this quality normal? Internet is not the problem my internet is download Mbps 683.94, upload Mbps 135.36. Laptops are connected on the same network and still have the same quality.

Seeing a similar issue in some of our rooms but not all.  Verified network bandwidth is not the limiting issue.

Same here - v fast internet, BRIO 4k camera, pro version, HD enabled, Group HD on and verified by Zoom and quality is 320x180.  EEHHHH?? Did you get anywhere with this?

Got the same concern and been trying to find solution for a while now.

Please let me know if you find a solution to this problem.  I need 1080p mp4 file for youtube, and the current 640x480 quality really is poor.  So disappointing that no one has a solution to this problem.
